We had a leak in one of our bedrooms. Another bedroom’s air conditioning was not cooling very well. Operating the tv was difficult for basic channels. There was no shampoo, conditioner, or soap. Door configuration was odd in the bathrooms. Glad there was laundry detergent. Close walk to the pool and beach. Close walk to two restaurants. One restaurant was pricey and one was reasonable. Food was good at both.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, Stacy. We managed to get the leak in the bedroom fixed. It was very simple: it was just rainwater. The bedroom's air conditioning unit was set to high, which is why it wasn't cold. We've adjusted that. I apologize for you not being able to operate the TVs very well. We have the remotes. They are smart TVs, so they should be able to play all your channels if you have logins for them. You can also play the free channels without login. Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc all come on the TV's/ Glad you enjoyed the proximity to the beach and pool and the restaurants.

We had a great stay at this lovely townhouse with our family! Close to Red Hook, and the property itself was great— clean, plenty of space for our family of five, and the condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our kids loved the pool and the proximity to the beach. It was nice having both a fancier restaurant and a casual place to grab a bite right nearby. We did rent the SUV that you can add to the condo, which was a which a convenient and wonderful addition. We were very glad to have access to the SUV for quick errands, a dinner out, and a jaunt downtown. Highly recommend access to a jeep or SUV if you want to do lots of exploring offsite. The front desk can also set you up with a taxi if the left-side driving on steep mountain roads is too intimidating. Thanks for a great stay!

The drive from the airport was terrifying and arriving at the townhouse was great. The views were beautiful and the access to the beach was terrific. We spent our first day there and it was the perfect start to our vacation. Sangria's right near was a great bonus!

John was easy to work with and the location was great - close to everything. Lighting needed attention, particularly in the kitchen area. The on location host (Tanji) was very helpful . She offered to store our luggage during the day we transferred to a smaller unit for the second part of our stay after family left. The upstairs bedroom is very nice but generally the unit could use some updating and basic decorating - for example, adding wall art and other decor to make it more attractive and comfortable (hooks for towels, etc). We enjoyed having a new grill. I recommend the unit for its great access to the beach and pool area. Cowpet West is very close to Redhook and the ferry to St. John.

Quiet resort and lots of fun!

We enjoyed our stay on St. Thomas and liked the location close to Red Hook for restaurants and shops. Hardly anyone was at the resort so we pretty much had the beach and pool to ourselves. Plenty of space in the condo to stretch out. We would stay again!

Better than a hotel for our trip

A group of co-workers came to St. Thomas to meet with clients in the area. Renting a condo was a better option than a hotel because we could have meals there and there were plenty of meeting spaces.

Great Stay!

Great CLEAN beach and pool.

We stayed for 6 nights in late June early July. We had a good experience. Plenty of beach and pool towels and some pool and beach toys like snorkels and masks. Everything was pretty clean and stayed cool when staying in for the night with the A/C on. The rental vehicle helped a lot to get around on the island and ran well and was very clean. Overall a great place to stay, would go back for sure.

Great view!

Our stay was great! The home was comfortable and perfect for what we needed plus it had a great view. We enjoyed our coffee in the morning on the balcony and it was so peaceful.

Great location

Our family enjoyed the stay at Joes place. The water pressure was great and enjoyed showering in the indoor outdoor shower. Easy access to the beach. The rooms stayed cool. The beds were very comfortable. We would recommend staying here.

Excellent place to stay!

Property great, actually 40 steps to the beach and pool. Pool is fabulous, beach id quaint and perfect. Ate at the Caribbean Seafood restaurant, twice. Delicious, great service. Plenty of restaurants within 5 minutes. Plenty of everything. Host, answered my text within minutes. Perfect trip!
