ヴィラパピヨンは、3450平方フィートのリビングスペースを持つ豪華な3ベッドルームヴィラで、プライベートの中庭とスイミングプールを囲む2つのマルチレベルパビリオンで構成されています。 13 'x 21'プライベートプールのすぐ内側に、快適な6席の独立した深いホットタブがあります。 家族での休暇に最適です。

3つのベッドルームのそれぞれからは、ドラマチックなオーシャンビューが楽しめます。 上のベッドルームには、テンピュールペディックマットレス、本物の竹の床、アーチ型の天井を備えたキングサイズのそりベッドがあります。 下のベッドルームには、キングサイズのアーネストヘミングウェイベッドと18インチの厚さのSertaピロートップマットレスがあります。 床はフランスのテラコッタタイルです。 3番目の寝室は中庭の別のパビリオンにあります。 Sertaピロートップマットレス付きのキングサイズベッドを備えています。 巨大なガラスと小石のバスルームと海を見渡すシャワーがあります。 各ベッドルームには、液晶テレビ、すべてのプレミアムチャンネルを備えた衛星放送、すべてのベッドルームのエアコン、そしてドラマチックなオーシャンビューがあります。

Family Trip 2025

The home was beautiful and just as described the views were spectacular, and the pool was an added bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our only regret was it was not longer.So close to Megan‘s Beach another highlight of the trip, top restaurant of the stay was The Shack, perfect relaxed setting and food was so fresh!!Thank you

Terrific Place

Had an opportunity to spend a long weekend here and wasn’t disappointed. Nice community on the Peterborg peninsula. House is accurately described, very clean, comfortable and has everything you need to make it just like home. Views and breeze off the deck can’t be beat! Would definitely recommend.

No hot water in kitchen, freezer not operational, lights on patio not working. Plenty of towels, great view, nice deck, very comfortable home, quiet and private.

Beautiful Villa with an Amazing View

We LOVED our stay at Villa Papillon and were so sad to leave. The Villa was immaculate and spacious. The deck was AMAZING with plenty of seating. The location is perfect ! Thank you Linda and Mike! :)

WONDERFUL!

The home is very well kept and the owners are super friendly people! We have stayed at this home several times over the years and it has never been anything short of wonderful. The views are amazing, both during the day and gazing at the stars at night. If you like to cook like we do, you will enjoy the outdoor gas grill, as well as the Viking gas range indoors. We hope to return again soon!

Amazing accommodations and views!

Six adults (3 couples) stayed at this beautiful property for 6 days. Everything you could want or need was provided. Kitchen had both a Keurig and a Mr. Coffee (filters provided). All of the dishes, cutlery, pots and pans were there as well as a toaster and blender. A small cooler, multiple beach towels, toiletries, hair dryers, games, and books (so many books!)My only complaints are the wi-fi and trash disposal. The wi-fi is nearly non-existent in the apartment and somewhat sketchy in the main house. You must take your own trash to the dump and it is in the opposite direction of the airport. Plan accordingly.If you rent a car, I highly recommend a Jeep as the roads are bumpy and steep.

If you are looking to truly get away and just relax... This is the place for you! Spectacular view from the deck over the Atlantic. In the evening tradewinds keep you cool. House is beautiful and well equipped. You can stock this place with provisions and never have to leave!! Will definitely return. Fay is great to work with as well!

Family Getaway

From beginning to end, everything about our stay was wonderful. Carol met us at the airport, offered to take us by the grocery on our way to the house and happily showed us the way. The views are fantastic morning to night, the kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed to cook all of our meals and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. Fay was very responsive to any questions we had and ensured our stay was easy from start to finish. We hope to return soon in the very near future!

Beautiful private retreat for our family!

Cliff side house overlooking beautiful ocean view for miles! Three bedroom and three bathrooms were perfect for our two college daughters and us. The property manager met us at the airport and we followed her to the property. She provided directions to groceries and restaurants with some wonderful suggestions. During our stay the property manager checked in frequently with us and was prompt with any questions or concerns we had. We look forward to returning to this beautiful property!

A beautiful place with a beautiful view . The deck was a fantastic place to hang out. The pool was a welcome sight at the end of a long day. My children thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Who is a perfect setting for a great vacation. Any questions we had or quickly answered. I would highly recommend this place. It was our first time in the Virgin Islands And it did not disappoint .

A memorable time....

We stayed here as two couples celebrating our 25th anniversaries and this place was absolutely perfect. Mike and Linda were gracious hosts that led us here from the airport, made sure we knew how to use everything, and had a gift of food and wine waiting. We had ample privacy between the home and guest house to just enjoy time alone too. The views from the deck are spectacular and sunrise is the prettiest time of day. The proximity to Megan's Bay was excellent. We had an awesome time and made memories we will look back on and smile for years to come.

Gorgeous property! Breathtaking views! Those are the thoughts that come to mind when I think of Villa Papillon. The cool ocean breeze and the warmth of the sun provide the perfect conditions to relax while taking in the stunning view. I could have spent hours each day on that deck. This villa offered a comfortable space to start our mornings and end our evenings. Our best friends, who were also celebrating their 25th anniversary, joined us for the week. We appreciated having the option of the cottage in addition to the main house for sleeping arrangements, allowing for more privacy. We greatly appreciated the amenities provided, including dish soap, body wash, shampoo, paper towels and laundry detergent as well as bath and beach towels. That freed up room in our luggage and also saved money in our wallets.My only disappointment is that we did not spend more time than we did enjoying this beautiful villa, as we devoted most of our week visiting the different beaches on St Thomas and St John. I wish our stay could have been longer! The property manager, Fay, was great to work with. She responded promptly to texts prior to our arrival and during our stay. Her professionalism and responsiveness were much appreciated.

When you walk down the driveway and start down the steps to the villa, you will be stopped in your tracks. The pool with the gorgeous ocean view framed between the house and cottage. Just wow!
We never grew tired of this view from the deck. Stunning!
A week was not long enough! Beautiful!

Nice outside space

Small cozy interior that is nicely maintained. The outside deck area and views are terrific. I did not feel comfortable the number and placement of extra security cameras we found days into the rental nor the non-disclosed fact that the owners were on the property. Too many surprises.

We've been on site property managers at Villa Papillon for over 15 years. It's in our website. I'm sorry if it was a surprise for you. We've found that guests appreciate the fact that there is concierge help available. As for the security cameras, it's for added safety for our guests. The security cameras cover the driveway and entrance only. Guests have total privacy everywhere else on the property.

Disappointed

The location of the property and the layout of the house were amazing. However, there were cleanliness issues with the kitchen and hot tub. The kitchen was not clean and food was left in the oven and there was rancid trash left in the outside bin. My family of four all contracted folliculitis from the hot tub and had to seek medical treatment upon returning home.

Kimberly, Thank you for visiting I was available throughout your stay. If you had any issues or concerns I wish you would have contracted me right away. There are 2 housekeepers that clean the villa and they do an excellent job. If they forgot something in the villa they would have come back to assist. However you did not make it known to me. Pool is cleaned weekly and never had anyone in all my years of managing villas make such a claim. Again you could have contacted me when you were visiting if things were not to your liking or expectations. I feel very disappointed that you did not give me an opportunity to be of service while you were visiting. I aim too please and want all visitors to have a great stay.

Stunning Views

Fay was absolutely amazing with quick responses to our questions. The property was amazing and wish we would have known to bring a DVD to gift to the house. No complaints on the variety provided but would have liked to give back in some way. There were plenty of pool floats, towels and chairs to borrow for the beach. Beds were comfortable. Loved the art work throughout the house. I cannot say enough positive things about this property. Pretty sure our family got into a few fights playing some of the games provided, lol. Highly recommend this property. The “bonus” house was so cute and shower view was awesome. Could easily provide amenities for 6 people. Can’t go wrong booking this house.

Beautiful View and Breeze

The house was in the perfect location with a constant breeze, a “knock out” view, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The furniture was gorgeous and the owner has the house tastefully decorated. The only TV’s in the house we’re in the bedrooms so we couldn’t watch a movie as a family. The kitchen floors and cabinets were not clean. The oven did not work and after several calls to the property manager, it was not fixed when we left. The ice maker and water dispenser for the fridge did not work and the dispenser had mold in it. Overall we had a great time.

The Mexican tile floors have an aged look. They are not dirty. The housekeepers do an excellent job. I apologize about the oven ignition button not working. It took the repairman while to show up but he did show up during your stay. He sent me a video & bill of the stove working 2 days before your check out. I do my best to assist guest and happy to do so. You’re welcome back anytime.

Amazing views!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful week at this home. The views are absolutely breathtaking. The beds were comfortable, house was clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We cooked a lot while we were there and ate outside every time. The house is very close to Magens Bay, which is definitely one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Fay was absolutely wonderful to work with. She responded immediately to everything we needed and went out of her way to make sure we had an enjoyable trip. The only negative about this house is that there were people staying on the lower level right below us. They had a separate entrance so we only saw them coming and going and rarely heard them. They didn't bother us at all, but the owner probably should disclose that little fact in the listing. The outside steps that lead to that level are right outside the "open" shower bathroom, so we didn't feel comfortable showering there without using the curtain on the sliding door. We'd still rent this house again because it truly is wonderful, we just think this should be in the listing so folks aren't surprised.

It was a pleasure meeting you and your family. I am so glad you had a wonderful stay. The caretaker lives on property in apartment that has its own parking and private entrance. She never mingles/ bothers guest, nor would go to the villa when guest are there. The Villa is completely private with no shared spaces.

Stunning views, fantastic property and well maintained!

As owners of a condo on the island of St. Thomas we can relate to how hard it can be to maintain a property on the island. Our condo is currently long term rented so when we visit we try different villas and condo's around the island. We try to visit multiple times per year and really enjoy all the different properties and locations. Peterborg is one of the favorite choices for us. This was the first time staying in this villa. From the reservation all the way to check out the communication was great. The villa was well stocked with kitchen items and made it very easy to prepare the meals for the week. The added bonus of having Sub Zero appliances from our home town of Madison WI even made it that much better. The bedding was fresh and new, the cleanliness of the entire place was fantastic. The mid week cleaning and bedding change was a great touch. Whatever cleaning products they use smell fabulous! The only areas that we had of concern was the shower in the lower bathroom of the main house has a pressure concern and very light flow. My son and his girlfriend stayed in the guest house and enjoyed it very much. The only concern there was that there are no curtains on the shower that overlook the large deck. This deck is a common area between the main house and guest house so when anyone in the guest house takes a shower, everyone else needs to clear off the deck so that they don't accidentally get a view they don't want. Other than that we would highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting to enjoy the island.

The shower in the cottage is designed without a curtain so guest can enjoy the ocean view while bathing. We have decided to put curtains just incase other guest want privacy. Guest can now leave curtains open or closed. Water pressure was easy to fix. Maintenance only needed to change the water filter. Thank you for all your input. We appreciate it! My family of four (including 13- and 9-year olds) enjoyed a blissful week-long stay at Villa Papillon. Hosts Linda and Mike are very friendly and informative, and happy to help with advice and recommendations. They are close by, so you don't have to worry about inattentive or nonexistent homeowners not returning phone calls. But they will offer you your privacy. Linda cheerfully met us at a supermarket after we stocked up on supplies, and drove us through the twists and turns (and inclines!) of the roads on the mountains of St. Thomas. The gorgeous home is located in a gated community in Peterborg, which is on the peninsula that encloses Magen's Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world (5 minutes away - no exaggeration). She and Mike have maintained the property nicely: the beauty of the views can not be overstated. The home is just like the pictures, perhaps even more beautiful because you cannot appreciate the comfortable layout in the photos. We grilled every day while still being able to be together in the pool/hot tub area on deck. We found a well-stocked kitchen with top of the line appliances. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms, though a bit dated, were clean and very functional with ample storage. We went to Magen's Bay almost every day (we swam with a giant turtle there), but also made trips to Sapphire and Coki bays for better snorkeling. Be aware: parking is sketchy at Coki, and the surrounding areas are rundown. But fish and coral are plentiful. When we return to USVI, we will stay here again. Stunning views! Pictures on web are very accurate. Linda and crew were great!

We stayed at Villa Papillon for a spring break trip. Having never been to The USVI, this was a great place to launch from to experience the island (and St. Johns) or to just hang out and admire the views in a tranquil setting. You do feel a bit isolated when at the villa, so don't expect a lot to do right around you unless you are willing to drive or walk some very hilly terrain. RENT A JEEP or small car...you'll be glad you did. Megan's Beach was super easy to drive to (5 mins). Villa property was great!!!..and as advertised on VRBO. Pool set up was really nice. We had easterly winds the entire time, so mosquitoes and heat never seemed an issue. If you like a breeze, you will love Villa Papillon. Linda was great and answered all of our questions. Overall, we were most impressed with the views...and the binoculars got A LOT of use! Much to look at with the BVI's in the distance and occasional boats passing before you. Last day full rainbow was a perfect finale. Pros: Views, Villa accommodations, Linda's help and communication, cleanliness, pool, breezes, fun books and pictures, etc. to browse, chime sound, comfortable beds, great towels, awesome outdoor furniture, mid-week cleaning, the welcome basket of goodies, secure feeling (gated community), lots of deck space to hang with others or be by yourself. Cons: Really non..but if we had to nit pick re our experience on St. Thomas; lack of clarity where to get food. Do your homework prior to arriving. Cost U Less for bulk items, Moes in Red Hook for fresh fish and huge wine selection. We figured it all out about the time we had to leave. Lastly some things in the villa showing some age, but in a minor way...and none a deal breaker. Lastly, we took the jeep via a car ferry over to St. John's. Don't waste your time doing that as its a time killer...and parking once you are on St. John's is impossible at least during the busy season.

St. Thomas Stay March 8th through the 15th

Linda, Thank you for the use of your beautiful property. Villa Papillion is a fantastic property. It felt like we were staying in a luxury resort and a friend's house all at the same time. The view is absolutely wonderful. The pictures posted of your property, although beautiful, don't do it justice, especially when you are witnessing them in person. We were a party of 6 people and it was very comfortable for all. There was plenty of space for all to spend time together and have privacy when desired. We used the pool and spa every day and my wife and I had coffee every morning while taking it that view. Morning coffee at home is leaving something to be desired compared to that. We really enjoyed all the property. The house is lovely. There are many great pieces of art and other things that the owners have collected that added a unique experience to our stay. It was great looking at things and wondering where things came from. Linda was a most gracious host. We really wished we had an opportunity to meet her and her husband, Mike but they were out of town for that week. Linda arranged for Warren to meet up with us and show us to the property. After a walk through with Warren, we were left to start enjoying our time at the villa. Linda responded quickly to any question I had at any time. She even recommended a fantastic jewelry store in Charlotte Amelie for us to shop at. Thanks for the introduction to George and his staff at House of Rajah. Linda let George, the owner know, that we would be in to the store on our trip and my family and I were treated as if we were old friends. This was our first trip to St. Thomas so we didn't really know the layout of the island and how the roads were. Linda was more than happy to give us suggestions and directions. We had rented a van from Avis at the airport and were able to find our way around after awhile. My advice to anyone who would like to stay at Villa Papillion is not to rent a vehicle, but to use taxis. The villa is away from all the tourist stuff but that leads to a lot of peace and quiet. Linda can refer you to Warren for taxi service. We used him to take us into Charlotte Amelie one evening as I was not interested on driving at night. Warren was dependable and informative. Villa Papillion was wonderful for a family of different ages to vacation. Everything is beautiful and the owners have put much thought into what you need available for a fabulous say and vacation.
