Laketown Wharf is in the heart of All of the Fun & Entertainment in Panama City Beach - Just steps away from the World's Most Beautiful White-Sand Beaches, Shopping, Dining & Entertainment. This Beachside Resort offers unparalleled amenities with convenient beach access, 5 unique pools, a kids Funscape Playground, Splash Bar & Grill, Gulf View Fitness Center and covered garage parking. Enjoy the restaurants and shops along the 52,000 square feet of Lakefront Boardwalk...

Please note that Laketown Wharf requires you to register with them for security purposes that include up to two parking passes and up to six wristbands. Approximately $80 will need to be paid to Laketown Wharf separately from this rental agreement.

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo. Everything was great. The location, the cleanliness, the kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots and pans, plenty of towels. I would highly recommend this condo.

The condo was absolutely beautiful and has literally everything you could have needed for the stay! The property has a lot to offer, beautiful pools and areas to lounge and relax. 810 entertainment being on site was a fun time, too.

We had such a wonderful stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed and more, everything you could think of was available from beach gear, games, to even seasonings in the cabinet. The view was beautiful, and the host was great! It was also super kid friendly, which made the stay even more enjoyable for our family. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This was the nicest Condo we have ever rented. Anything you needed was available to you in the Condo, The view of the Gulf was beautiful from the balcony and the living room area, and if was very well decorated and very relaxing stay. We will stay here again.

This condo was everything we hoped for. The host truly provides all the extra touches to make it feel like home. High quality towels and bedding, beautifully decorated, fully stocked cabinets. The view was perfect as well. Be warned Lake Town Wharf elevators are likely to end up on a Netflix documentary. Outside of that, the property had so much to offer. We were more than pleased.

My only complaint was during check in... if you have a lot of bags, I would take what's absolutely necessary until later because the elevators are horrible at check in/check out times. But that's a resort issue not the hosts. For the price, this was an amazing trip. The room was clean. Everything we needed was there. Walmart right across the street. Pineapple Willie's has great food and right across the street. Even with being across the street from the beach, the view is amazing. I would definitely come back.

The condo was absolutely beautiful. Kelly was very on top of communication when we needed to reach out. The room was huge, the view was stunning and Kelly had everything you needed in the room from trash bags, to toilet paper, cleaning supplies, shower and bathing gels and shampoo! I would recommend over and over again.

Location was perfect. Only a walk away from everything ; beach, entertainment, food, shopping, etc. I appreciated the security covering the entrance/exit. The condo was clean and stocked with plenty of day to day essentials.

This condo was exceptional! We've never felt more "at home" in a rental. We've stayed at several different units at Laketown Wharf but this one is by far our favorite.
