The Beechwood House

Hello, Azalea trails!! A mid-century modern home with brick interiors, lots of colorful art and gardens make this home special. It is centrally located, offering fast wifi, 2 smart tv's, mattress toppers for all 3 bedrooms, and a large fenced backyard with an 800sf covered patio! We just added ping pong!
House sleeps 10 with 3 bedrooms, an office with a sleeper loveseat and a new large sofa sleeper in the den. Built by a local builder, home was in the 1958 Parade of Homes.
The space
Our home is inviting and comfortable with lots of color, art and flowers!
Guest access
Guests can enjoy the entire home and backyard. There is a garage and store room outside that are locked and off limits.
Other things to note
This is an established neighborhood. No loud music past 10pm.
No smoking in the house. Doing so will result in an additional $200 fee. No parties! We have cameras on the property and are friends with all the neighbors so please do not bring extra people to the property.
