An amazing property that more than exceeded our expectations! The home is spacious and easily accommodated our mixed group of adults and 3 teenage children. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was in good working condition. We also liked it's easy access to the Avenue of the Giants and the kids had fun in the hot tub and at the nearby rock museum and store. I plan on renting the property again in the near future for another family get-together; highly recommend this property.

Our check in was smooth… Loren made every effort to make us feel at home. Very comfortable, spacious home with all the extras. Play space and child’s sleeping area were a huge perk!

While we only stayed one day during our travels, this home was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The swing was a nice touch on the wrap around porch, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We will be back in we are in the area!

The best stay for redwoods!

Can’t recommend enough! Loren was AMAZING to communicate with and the property was just the best. Gorgeous views and the perfect location to do all sorts of redwoods activities.

This Rio Dell house was truly a diamond in the rough or should I say, literally in the side of a hill. It offered so much charm within it self and the sunrise views were insanely beautiful. It was well equipped with just about anything you might need. I loved that the “house book” was personalized with specific details about most areas in the house, guiding me through out my stay- aiming to ensure fun, pleasure, and comfort. The owners included things and places they loved in and around the area, specifically their top 10 things to do list. Super beneficial including favorite coffee spots, breakfast and dinner options near by. Owner was also super attentive to my needs - with quick response time. Would love to stay again.

A wonderful hilltop home with a gorgeous view. Words do not do it justice. If you’re ever in these part of the woods, do yourself a favor and stay here. You’ll regret it if you don't.

Serene location
