Built in 1905 and lovingly restored + updated, The Linnie Hawkins Suite at The Evanston is a centrally-located stay in downtown Hot Springs. Walk to the VA hospital and veterans home, coffee, Moccasin Springs, Evans Plunge, Freedom Trail, and more in just a few minutes. Our guests often tell us this is the nicest place they've ever stayed!
KITCHEN: Our kitchen is well-stocked with sharp knives + cutting boards, drip + K-cup coffee, and more.
RELAX: Sign in to your streaming service on a 48" Roku TV and lounge on a comfy sofa.
BEDROOM + BATHROOM: A comfy queen bed with nightstands and bedside lamps, plus a walk-in closet, dresser, and full bathroom. There's also a storage closet in the entry.
OCCUPANCY: This suite is for single occupancy. Check out our other suites for options with double occupancy.
Get your exercise! This suite is located on the second floor of the historic Evanston building (about 30 steps up - these old buildings are tall!).

The Evanston was built in 1905 and lovingly restored in 2021. Each of our suites is decorated in its own unique style and named after a character who has a story connected to the building's history.
