For a truly unique experience, our farm hand is available for a personalized Farm Experience (additional fee). One horse is available for led arena rides, and all animal feeding within the fenced area is supervised by our farm hand.
While our animals love attention, they are living creatures with their own routines. Interaction availability may vary, but if they’re feeling social, guests are welcome to pet them under supervision.

Dogs are welcome for a $250 fee (up to 3 dogs), charged at check-in.
The fee covers cleaning, not damages—please crate your dog when leaving.

⭐ Water & Dock Safety
Swim at your own risk; always supervise children near the water.
No entry to the houseboat.
Observe the no-wake zone near neighboring docks.

⭐ Farm & Animals
Eggs are free for eating (not throwing). Chicken laying may vary daily.
Animals are under 24-hour supervision. Do not enter the fenced area.
You may feed horses apples or carrots from the fence.
Farm experiences (feeding or riding animals inside the fence) are available for a separate fee and must be booked in advance or during your stay, subject to the farm hand’s schedule.
Weight limits apply on swings, hammocks, and horses.

⭐ Fireplace, Grill & Fire Tables
Fireplace inside the home is open Oct–Mar.
Gas grills and fire tables may be used—turn off gas after use. Refill propane on the upper dock if needed.

⭐ Hot Tub & Gym Rules
Shower before using the hot tub.
No glass, pets, or smoking in or near the hot tub.
Children must be supervised at all times near the hot tub, fire pit, and dock.
Hot tub must be covered when not in use.

⭐ General Notes
Shoes encouraged off inside the home to protect floors from farm mud.

Paper products are provided for short stays; guests staying longer than 4 days are responsible for additional supplies.

Outdoor security cameras are present for safety and insurance purposes, and are located only on the exterior.
Pets
* Crating Requirement: All dogs must be crated when left alone in the home. Two crates are provided for your convenience.
* Fees:
* Up to 3 pets are included in your booking.
* Approval is required for more than 3 pets.
* An additional fee may apply for pet-related damage.

Service Animals:
* No charge for service animals.
* A small additional cleaning fee is required to cover cleaner expenses after any animal stays.

Boating and Paddling Equipment:
* Equipment must be returned to its designated place.
* Fees for not returning:
• $500 fee for a lost boat.
• $100 fee for each lost paddle.

Hot Tub and Safety Regulations:
* Guests are asked to shower before entering the hot tub.
* No glass, pets, or smoking in or near the hot tub.
* Children must be supervised at all times near the hot tub, fire pit, and lake dock.
* The hot tub must be covered when not in use.

Additional Rules:
* Please avoid leaving items on the grass for extended periods to prevent it from dying.
