The open-concept layout of the house provides a seamless flow between the living room, dining area, and kitchen, making entertaining easy and fun. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
Two inviting bedrooms and two bathrooms are in the main house upstairs and provide a peaceful space for rest and relaxation. Downstairs you will find 3 comfortable twin beds with a private bathroom. This space is an add-on & the beams have been treated to repel moisture. There's ample room to spread out and unwind, creating the perfect balance between personal space and closeness that creates memories.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck while watching the sunrise over the bay. Feel the gentle breeze on your skin and watch the world come to life while connecting with nature. Whether you are here to fish, kayak, catch a live band, birdwatch, join a golf cart parade, the Outlaw Challenge, Mardi Gras, Dickens on the Strand, or a fishing tournament at one of the many waterfront spots... there's tons of fun to get into!
It's also perfect for the tranquil charm and serene beauty of a coastal setting. The calming sound of the waves, the fresh sea breeze, and the picturesque views of the bay provide the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life!
This getaway is only 40 miles from Houston and 20 miles from Galveston Island. Just right!
