There were a few small issues but KEN ( the host ) was wonderful. He addressed them right away which made our weekend stay even better. We were there for a fishing charter but it was canceled due to the weather. Being able to fish from the private pier at this house made things complete. Everyone in the family were extremely happy and want to stay here again.

Awesome property we really enjoyed the view and the fishing! We really appreciate the elevator it was a huge plus since I had my 86 yr old mom with me. Beautiful place we will definitely be staying here again!

Outstanding Experience and Property

Great fishing, clean property, close to grocery stores and shopping, and the elevator made mobility limited guest experience a non issue. We will be coming back we were so pleased with this experience and location!

Family Vacation

Fishing Adventure

The owners were so kind and accommodating for us ,the home was clean and very comfortble.We spent a week here and wish we never had to leave.There are plenty of cooking utensils and pots pans ,bowls dishes .Our stay was perfect besides the rain and wind ,we can't wait to go back

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

This bay house has been a treasure of the family for three generations. It has weathered several big storms and hurricanes and has been rebuilt and re-modeled more than once. Many joyful family and friend gatherings have occurred here. Use of this property is restricted to only those individuals renting the property, at a maximum of 6 occupants, and not to be used for large events. Additional visitors are prohibited. Violators will be asked to leave and there will be no refund of any money for the time remaining on the reservation.

Since the last major hurricane the house has been elevated to the new flood elevation. The new height created a even more fantastic view of the waterfront. While sitting on the deck for your morning coffee you can watch the sunrise over the water and see the coastline all the way to Galveston island. Great views for picture taking.
