Welcome to this gorgeous custom home! Beautifully appointed with exquisite one-of-a-kind furnishings and exceptional design and layout. Open floor plan designed for entertaining, relaxing, and perfect office/den for remote work. Walk 1 block to town for groceries and cook in the gourmet kitchen or visit the local, world-class restaurants. Tall ceilings throughout, marble bathrooms, custom cabinetry, stained concrete and wood floors, large deck and outdoor space perfect for a BBQ and al fresco dining. 1 primary bedroom w/gorgeous bath, 2 queen bedrooms—these rooms share a separate full bath. The loft suite sleeps two and is ideal for singles or kids but could also be used as an extra office, living area or 2nd primary and includes an ensuite full bath. 1 additional full guest bath on the main level. (4 full baths total) . Office on main level. Turn Key property. $16,000 per month, long term rental. Tenant is responsible for most utilities as follows: gas and electric (heat, A/C), basic cable TV, water/sewer and garbage. Owner pays gardening and internet. $25,000 deposit. Perfect venue for our girls' weekend!

Beautifully decorated and impeccably equipped home right in the center of town! The perfect place to relax and enjoy all that Healdsburg has to offer. Not a detail was missed, from candles and lanterns on the terrace to a basket of blankets near the door for chilly evenings, lovely gas fireplace, magazines and books, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry.... Wonderfully comfortable beds and couches, top-quality linens and towels, truly a luxury rental - and literally a minute walk from Healdsburg plaza. Our group of 7 walked to dinner each night, strolled downtown for coffee in the morning, wandered about town shopping each at our own pace, the location allowed us an easy independence that was perfect. From early inquiries and reservations straight through the simple, seamless check-in and check-out process our experience was exceptional. I have rented many times through this site and really appreciated Deborah's warm welcome, the quick overview of house details and knowing that Deborah was local and available in case there were any problems (which there weren't!). And check out was no more than closing the door behind us, a pleasure to not have to strip beds, etc. Many thanks to Kim and Deborah for such a lovely weekend. Should we return to the area we will certainly rent Lavehuse again!
