Huge wrap around porch, enjoy a cookout & play board games at the large farmhouse tables. Take long naps or read a book on the upper sleeping porch. Go jump in the lake, fish off the large dock or play games on the flat lawn. Have some s’more’s by the fire, take in the beauty w/our row boat, kayaks or SUP board. Take a stroll around the gorgeous vineyard and create family memories to last a lifetime at our special place!

Large open floor plan with expansive wrap around screen porch for relaxing and family meals. One powder room located on the first floor along w/ one bedroom w/2 new comfy full beds. Large upstairs with sleeping porch off primary bedroom. This primary bedroom has a queen bed and one full bed. New twins beds in third bedroom and the fourth bedroom has a full bed. This old home does not have closets and we have small dressers, trunks for storage and a hanging clothes rack. It works for us but something to know!

This is a unique seasonal lake house is one house off the point in a beautiful cove with a spralling vineyard. 5 minutes ro Bristol Mountain and a short drive to the adorable Town of Naples.

Things to bring:

Water shoes if desired, additional beach towels, fire wood, ground coffee, toiletries

Important: Seasonal Structure w/no heat
(hopefully you shouldn’t need it on vacay!)

NON Working Fireplace- We do not permit fires in the fireplace for safety purposes.

House is on a holding tank so water conservation is important but water is clean to drink! No water bottles needed! Reverse Osmosis system in place for safe drinking water.

You may dock a boat using the boat whips. Our jet ski and boat not for use and on premise.

Laundry is unavailable but there is a laundry mat a short drive into the cute town of Naples should you need to do so.
Please note being lakeside in a seasonal home you are subject to mother nature, insects, spiders and an occasional furry friend. All to be expected being by a lake and the house will be sparkling clean upon arrival please keep in mind this is a seasonal home and make sure it is the right fit for you! It’s a magical place and location with it’s charm and quirks but located on gorgeous Canandaigua Lake. It’s a special place.

Air conditioning window units in 2 bedroom’s upstairs, fans available as well.
One bedroom is located downstairs near the powder room with an air conditioning unit. Family room and kitchen no units in window but double french doors that lead to the large wrap around screen porch for a nice breeze.
