Set along Canandaigua Lake with views of Bare Hill, this newly renovated lake house offers a comfortable setting for time with family and friends. Its location near Naples provides convenient access to Finger Lakes wineries, breweries, boating, fishing, and other lake activities.

Beautiful spot in a gorgeous setting with plenty of southern exposure for great sun. Impeccably clean and well stocked inside and out. Responsive host. Easy check in and easy check out. Friendly neighbors. Pro tip - Smith Boys Marina is a mile down the road. We did a day rental - new boat and nice folks.

Perfect Lake House

Fantastic house and location is amazing. House is well stocked, with thoughtful touches. The view, the little swimming area and the dock are great for a family vacation. Vibe was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Naples Retreat

Property is clean, modern, with a well stocked kitchen relative to kitchen ware. The location was great given its very quiet and peaceful at the south end. Naples is 10 minutes away for the essentials. Best part of the house was the lake frontage. We brought a kiddie pool for our young children but the adults were also able to get in waist deep water easily with a mostly sandy bottom. Back covered patio is also very pleasant. Beds we’re comfortable and management was attentive. Neighborhood orchard added to the ambiance.

A dream escape weekend

The house exceeded my expectations. The house is beautiful, super clean and modern. The open floor plan of the living room/kitchen/dining room allowed my family to hang out together while experiencing the comfort and beauty of the house. The sliding doors in the lower level open up to a spectacular view of the lake and well groomed backyard. The stone steps into the lake look amazing but also helped my son go in and out of the lake with ease. He so enjoyed swimming in the lake-his first lake! The kitchen is gorgeous and fully equipped and so much fun to cook and hang out in. The beds and pillows are amazingly comfortable. The Wi-Fi is great and the TV has good streaming. The hot tub was the highlight of the visit for my son and it was clean and had a view of the lake. How can you beat sitting in a hot tub with a lake view? The area was nice and quiet too. There is a table for 4 on the pier to dine by the lake too! They thought of everything. I really can go on and on about how awesome the house is-only wish I owned it!😆 We will be back next year for sure 😊

High-speed WiFi and easy access to Naples make it well suited for lake days, winery visits, and group stays.

Important information:

* As with most waterfront properties, guests may encounter insects, cobwebs, and other naturally occurring wildlife. The home is cleaned before every arrival, but additional pest-control or cobweb-removal service is not provided during a stay.
* Guests must refill the grill’s propane tank when needed and clean the grill after each use.
* Please inspect the property upon arrival and report any concerns or damage within the first hour.

Maintenance:

Emergency maintenance is available 24/7. Non-emergency service is available daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; later requests will generally be addressed the following day.

Lawn care may occur during your stay. Please remove personal items and lawn games from the yard.

The hot tub is serviced weekly, which may occur during your stay with advance notice. Please wait 30 minutes after servicing before use.
