With the convenient location, privacy, and access to all resort amenities with the included amenity card and parking pass, this condo has the luxury touches that Seabrook guests expect. Guests will enjoy a peaceful and comfortable setting to relax and recharge. Away from the crowds and tourists in a gated community, this condo is an ideal escape for couples or a small family looking to unwind on the beach, lounge poolside, or play tennis, pickleball, or golf.

This property has an open, single-story layout and is one of only four second-floor end units in the complex and the only unit with both a golf view and an ocean view. The coastal decor and neutral tones are calming and tasteful, with plenty of comfortable touches throughout the space.
The open floor plan presents an inviting living room area with gorgeous views of the golf course and a smart TV where you can enjoy your favorite show. Or simply sit back on the plush couch and gaze at the palm trees swaying in the breeze.
Guests have the option of sitting down for a more formal meal at the dining table for four next to the kitchen pass-through or a more casual alfresco experience out in the open air on the spacious deck. The well-equipped kitchen provides everything needed for easy meal prep in a convenient layout. Kitchen amenities include a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, icemaker, oven & range, and essentials like cookware, dinnerware, a coffee maker, blender and spices & pantry items.
With two spacious suites, everyone will enjoy a restful night's sleep. Open the windows, feel the cooling breeze, and listen to the evening surf. Each bedroom has two premium queen beds with quality linens, smart TVs, and plenty of space and light from the dramatic vaulted ceilings.
Each well-appointed bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower with the added luxury of a separate powder/dressing room. With two separate vanities in each bathroom, there is plenty of space for everyone to prepare for the day.
The primary suite opens onto the deck, where you can begin your day with morning coffee on the relaxing chaise lounges. The second suite offers a designated workspace- the perfect quiet spot to keep up with remote work.
The wrap-around deck is a highlight of this spacious corner unit- allowing for panoramic views of palm trees, golf courses, seashore, and the pristine resort grounds.
The unit is outfitted with A/C and a washer & dryer for guests to use during their stay.

Wonderful time. Beautiful home!

We have stayed at Atrium Villas before and we were pleased, but for some reason this stay seemed different. First off, the hosts were very communicative and engaging from the moment we booked.Brian was quick to respond to any questions I had and shared local events that we might be interested in. The property itself was probably my favorite EVER!So beautifully decorated in exactly the way I would envision a beach house (condo) to look with hues of sea glass green and blue. Just lovely!The place was clean and very comfortable and had everything we could have needed inside as well as out.The kitchen appliances were clean and efficient, plenty of cutlery, glasses, bowls, pts and pans etc. Everything seemed clean and taken care of (including the coffee maker!!)The bedrooms were cozy and spacious as was the common living space/kitchen. Things I remember having to jam into our car in previous years, they had available for use (beach chairs, cabana, beach wagon, pack-n-play) making our packing easier. The unit is an end unit that seemed to lend itself to a bit more privacy which was nice. Easy access to both the pool and the beach. We LOVED everything about it!!I HIGHLY recommend Shella by the Seashore and look forward to visiting again!

Relaxing family vacation

Our family stayed in this property with our 2 teenage children and our 10 year old. The location is perfect for a family with children of different ages. The proximity to the pool and beach is great, no long drives or bike rides with all of your beach items! The coffee/ice cream shop and the outdoor restaurant is also across the street. Golfing next door. The location makes using all of the amenities possible even when everyone wants to do something different. The villa itself is beautifully decorated. The kitchen feels brand new and made cooking on vacation a breeze. We enjoyed meals on the patio and evening happy hours watching the sunset. Overall this villa is an excellent choice and we hope to return next year!

Fantastic!

My parents, my sister, and I stayed in this lovely condo and had the best time. The condo is in the perfect location right near the beach/pool/clubhouse so getting over there was easy. The condo is decorated nicely and is very clean and comfortable. The owners were terrific and were always available for suggestions or help with anything. Thank you for hosting us! We will be back!

Great location and views!

Everything was great about this property. The views of the golf course and ocean were excellent and the host Brian was very easy to reach and very helpful with anything you might need. Very clean property, huge balcony, stocked kitchen, and best part is that is it just across the street from the pool and the ocean! We will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect Serenity

This Villa is the perfect location. It is right across from the pools, beach and the restaurants. The Villa is updated, clean and cutely decorated. The owner is great and called us as soon as we booked. Brian wanted to make sure we were happy and provided us with activities near by. We will definitely go back.

Spectacular Unit and Location

Absolutely beautifully decorated and comfortable condo with every amenity imaginable. Enjoyed every minute of our stay. Breathtaking views from the outside deck with spectacular sunsets. Perfect location to explore the island and beach. Once arrived, did not even need a car. Everything was within walking distance. Would not hesitate for a moment to come back.

Lovely Accommodation for Small Family

Our family of four stayed at Brian's place between Christmas and New Year's Eve. Brian was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. He also gave us clear directions on how to access everything on the island. The apartment is clean and beautifully furnished. The beds were very comfortable. The beach is a short walk from the unit. We enjoyed long strolls and collecting shells. It was rainy while we were there but that didn't keep us from having a great time. It's a beautiful place no matter the weather. We look forward to returning in the future and enjoying more activities on the island. Thank you for being a gracious host Brian!

Great view and stay

We had a nice stay. It was clean and maintained, with great views of the golf course and ocean from the balcony and bedrooms. The location was convenient, with Seabrook's pool and restaurants right across from the condo parking lot. More restaurants, shopping, and groceries are only 12 minutes away at Freshfields Village. And a little further are Kiawah's restaurants (tell their gate you're going to the Ryder Cup bar... the view!!). The condo had all the essentials, including a small kitchen for breakfast or lunch. The beds were comfortable.Host Brian was helpful and responsive, making check-in and communication easy.Overall, it was a nice choice and we’d consider staying again.

little piece of heaven on earth

We had a fantastic Thanksgiving getaway at Shella by the Seashore, celebrating by the ocean with our family. The villa was spotless and the layout was perfect for our group of four, offering plenty of space and comfort. The highlight was the beautiful wraparound porch, where we enjoyed coffee and cocktails with stunning views of both the lush green landscape and the ocean. Brian, our host, was exceptional, providing excellent communication and assistance throughout our stay. It was a memorable and relaxing experience! we hope to be back again soon!

Great location for this condo on Seabrook Island. Condo was very clean and tastefully decorated with two spacious bedrooms. The condo boasted a beautiful balcony with views of the golf course and ocean. The owner was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. I will definitely stay here again.

Perfect weekend getaway with our kids

Had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo. The location couldn’t have been better. The views were gorgeous and the deck was so spacious to be able to sit outside and take in the warm November air! The condo was very well appointed and beds were really comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Our Experience was Perfect

We drove from Aiken to Seabrook, easy drive on back roads. As soon as we crossed the marsh to arrive at the gate we knew we were "home", from the welcome at the Guard Gate, to the slow, meandering drive ten minutes under huge oaks, and beautiful homes, exquisite tennis, equestrian and golf facilities beckoning us to play. The apartment's best feature is its L-shaped porch, we lived on it, enjoying the sunset over the ocean first night, breakfast in the morning. We needed to relax, having just endured the ravages of Hurricane Helene and this trip made that happen. The best for me, was dinner in the beautiful ocean-view Palmetto Restaurant, a great menu and 1st rate staff. WE will be back, often!.

Personalized and Perfect!

Amazing experience-condo is bright and beautifully furnished, beds comfy, showers great. Patio is HUGE with comfortable furniture for lounging-view of golfers each morning and glimpses of ocean as well. Club pool & restaurants directly across the street. Beach access at pool area was under water during most of the time we were there so had to walk about 1/3 mile to next access, but that was never a problem. So great that our dogs could join us as well. Brian was available within MINUTES of every text or email question and went above and beyond to help us and make our stay perfect. Would definitely rent again:-)

Hello, I’m Brian. For my family, what began as a vacation visiting family ten years ago evolved into a passion for Seabrook and all it has to offer. Since discovering the island, we dreamed of owning a slice of Seabrook heaven to enjoy long-term and we finally made it happen!
Our peaceful Seabrook Island condo, affectionately named “Shella by the Seashore”, is carefully owner-managed with painstaking attention to detail to make for the most welcoming stays for our guests.
We are so excited to share this coastal paradise with visitors who might enjoy it as much as we do. Shella by the Seashore is a special place to gather, share time with friends and family, and make treasured memories to last a lifetime.
Our family spends time sailing in the summer months and skiing throughout the colder months. Seabrook Island is our ideal destination because of the range of activities available at the club and surrounding areas and the incredible outdoor access.
