新しく改装されたシースケープヴィラ、ビーチへのステップ、小型犬歓迎

このSeascapeヴィラを購入したばかりで、皆さんと共有できることを楽しみにしています。ビーチへもすぐで、ウェストビーチビレッジの便利な場所にあります。ただし、プールへのアクセスはありません。

この2階のヴィラにはキングベッドとソファーベッドがあり、リビングルームと天井のポーチには高い天井があります。バスルームはシャワーを浴びて明るく清潔です。スクリーン付きのポーチはすでに私たちのお気に入りの「部屋」です-朝のコーヒーや夜の飲み物に最適です。

このヴィラがすぐにお気に入りになることを期待しています。また、すぐ隣にヴィラを借りるのを手伝います。一緒に休暇を過ごしたいが、プライバシーが欲しいカップルに最適です。

Beautiful property!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and with all the amenities to make our visit comfortable. The location allowed for a very short walk to the beach which was so convenient.

Seascape on kiawah

We really enjoyed the screened in porch the deer came through every morning.Pleasantly surprised to hear the ocean on the porch and dog friendly is a must have.Couldn't be happier with our stay.

Location, location, location …

A short walk to the beach (less than 2 minutes). Very clean villa and well stocked with all of the necessities. Excellent communication with property owner. Definitely would stay here again!

Amazing stay!

Perfect place for my husband, pup, and I for a long weekend! Short walk to the beach and had everything we needed! Beautiful neighborhood and we loved sitting on the patio in the evenings.

Nice Holiday Getaway

A really nicely renovated villa offering us a clean and comfortable holiday retreat. We especially liked relaxing on the screened-in porch. Beautiful island with many activities to do nearby and in Charleston.

Great and relaxing getaway

Location was good. Enjoyed beach and bike trail-great way to explore island. Freshfields Village great place for restaurants and shopping and very convenient. Unit was clean and owner a pleasure to work with.

Great porch and close to the beach

Close to the beach with easy access. We enjoyed the condo. It was quiet while we were there, rarely heard our neighbors. We enjoyed the screened porch for reading and relaxing after the beach or riding our bikes.

Memorial Day Vaca

My wife and I surprised the kids with a spur of the moment beach trip. It was our first time at Kiawah Island and it more than exceeded our expectations. Susie was really great to work with and made the entire experience that much better.👍👍

Very well updated and clean!!

The kitchen seemed to be updated with newer appliances. Spacious living room and kitchen area. The bedroom was very clean and bed was a king size and comfortable! Would definitely come back!!

Down time on kiawah

Working with Susie was seamless. She answered all my questions quickly and was very accommodating. Condo had everything we needed, close to the beach and shopping. We enjoyed our stay and are sad we had to leave.

VRBO in Kiawah

Such a cute place to stay and get away. Kitchen was stocked nicely and made cooking there very easy. Love Susie let me bring my dog - Sushi had a great time too and we loved our morning and evening walks on the beach! Speaking of which it was such a short little walk to the beach, Could not be more perfect unless there were more windows....but that's only on the properties on the ends. We had such a good time and I would gladly stay here again!

Location, location, location

This is place is perfect for a couples weekend - small, compact, so close to the beach, with a lovely screened porch that's private and overlooks many deer frolicking. Inside is somewhat tired, the kitchen was sparsely equipped and the unit felt very much furnished as a rental with whatever was on hand vs what the guest might want/need.

The property was nice but the directions to it at Kiawah were a little confusing. But Susie was available to help me out. She knew the area and interacted with me with genuine concern.

Kiawah quick getaway

The condo was clean and Susie the owner was very friendly and helpful. The condo worked well for us and our new puppy. Very close to the beach and the porch was nice for the dog to hang out on. The place was a little small. The bedroom was crowded with a king size bed. My only recommendation would be a new Queen bed with a comfortable mattress. Overall a great stay and would stay here again if we travel to Kiawah .

Excellent vacation space

Villa was a perfect accommodation for us two not counting the dog. It was very clean, well stocked with everything newcomers may need. All appliances and gadgets worked as was promised. One can see that owners put a lot of consideration and effort to provide the best service they can. It is less than five minutes walk from the beach and on the other hand pretty close to the gate, which places the whole island into easy reach by bicycle. We are regulars on the Kiawah and so far it was one of the best spots we stayed in. We can highly recommend this rental and will definitely look to stay there again.

Fun Fall Getaway

We've been going to Kiawah every summer for many years with our family but this time it was just my husband and me. We stayed for a week in September and the condo was perfect for the two of us. It was a short 2 minute walk to the beach, which was our main priority. The condo was clean and well stocked with essentials. It's close to the front gate so an easy bike ride to the grocery store and other shops. I highly recommend bringing or renting bikes. The bike trails are one of my favorite things about Kiawah. We had a great week and wouldn't hesitate to rent this condo again.

We purchased our cottage on Kiawah Island in summer of 2005, and I began renting it on VRBO during the weeks we were not able to enjoy Kiawah ourselves. In 2007, a friend on nearby Seabrook Island asked me if I would help her rent her villa also. Since I loved helping people plan their vacations in the area, I obtained my South Carolina Property Manager's License and began a business - Kiawah By Owner. I now help rent more than 30 other properties on Kiawah Island and Seabrook Island in addition to our cottage. I look forward to helping you plan your vacation - Susie Oringel
