Our 1315 Pelican Watch Villas at Seabrook Island is ON THE BEACH at the Atlantic Ocean complete with sunsets and ocean breezes. There is no other BEACH FRONT villa at Seabrook Island like this 1st floor condo with covered deck. Sleeps 4 plus 2 babies under 2 years old. License #25-000111.

Our calendar is ALWAYS up to date. FREE DIGITAL AMENITY CARDS with access to Seabrook Island's private club, all beaches, 3 beach and lakeside pools, 3 restaurants, docks and shops, 2 golf courses and country club, library, equestrian center, and tennis courts. Indoor pool and gym fee -$15/daily pass. Sparkling clean for the most discriminating guests! Dogs, only. $175 fee per pet up to 35 lbs. Call if more. Seabrook Island charges one-time fees of $40 for a gate pass/parking and $75 resort charge. These fees plus tax will be added to your final payment and are in addition to your VRBO quoted price.

Comb your private beach for precious sea shells and sand dollars every morning. Keep an eye on the kids from your deck as they follow the dolphins. Open the glass sliding door to catch the gentle ocean breezes. Breakfast is on the deck with your umbrella, patio table and chairs. Put our 4 beach chairs near the water on the sugar white sand as you read your novel, sip your drinks and lather with suntan lotion. Enjoy your privacy. Go to the pools tomorrow. Tennis and Golf are later in the week! Dinner is easy at the Clubhouse or at several gourmet island restaurants outside the guardhouse. Charleston beckons! If you are looking for grocery shopping, Freshfields Village is a short 4 mile drive complete with dining, shops, and entertainment. At night, you turn the lights out for the sea turtles. Head down the hall to your private room. You've got your own dreams to make on a comfy king-size bed, queen sleeper sofa, twin chair & half bed or twin ottoman bed & queen all night air mattress! We take reservations on a first come, first serve basis and we fill up fast! We always work to re-rent your dates for emergency cancellations and encourage trip insurance! What a wonderful stay. The owner checked in on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. We watched dolphins out the window every day. The condo was spotless and located close to everything. We will be going back.

Mary was so welcoming and kind! Any help I needed, she made sure I got it. The view was spectacular and the house was well maintained and updated! She had everything we needed for our stay including beach chairs and extra fuzzy blankets! We will definitely be booking here again!

Peaceful week away

This condo was a perfect spot to get away to for a restful vacation. You can't beat the location. This listing was exactly how it was described online. It was very clean, well-maintained & had everything I needed for the week. Mary was very communicative & friendly, & was quick to address any concerns I had. I will definitely be coming back to stay here again!

A little piece of heaven with magical sunsets

This was our first time back at Pelican Watch for 5 days in 28 years and it did not disappoint! The unit is very clean and updated. Bed was super comfy. But the view…oh wow! Sunset was straight in our window - and could be enjoyed on the deck! Spectacular. Was very quiet since it was Feb and chilly but we enjoyed the provided chairs on the beach At the unit and by marker 1.Dolphins at sunset and at the inlet. We loved walking on the beach which was STEPS from the condo. Great for kids and the water is calm. Husband took advantage of the amenity card and played golf. We sat at the private beach but was not open. Check in process is very well explained and communication with the owners is immediate. Instructions are provided for using the unit and well explained. Kitchen is well stocked so we enjoyed cooking each day —with that view! We took the bottom unit because it is easy to unload and for the covered porch since some rain was forecasted… we had an amazing unobstructed view. Seabrook has changed and grown since our last visit with the addition of the club etc — we just might be coming back and giving up Kiawah - we love the neighborhood feel! The village shopping area between KI and SB has everything you need - or forgot. During summer there is live music on the lawn. It’s an easy drive to Charleston or Folly or Sullivans Island. We like sunset catamaran sails out of folly. All and all this unit was all it could be and should be.I know we will be regulars!

Winter Getaway

We have always enjoyed our ocean getaways at Pelican Watch and we can add this past week to that list. We appreciated how clean and bright this unit is and the view and sunsets didn’t disappoint. The owner was very responsive when we reported a few items that needed repair and her concern genuine! All communications with owners were helpful and responsive. Looking at calendar for next stay at Seabrook!

Ocean view Seabrook Island

Due to hurricane Helene we had to stay a few extra days in South Carolina due to roads closed. Pelican watch got us in with a 2 day notice! Thx so much! My only complaint was dogs barking but I understand this villa allow pets so if you love dogs you won’t have a problem! We loved the ocean view and the pool and everything that came with the villa!

Lovely visit

We had a really lovely time. We loved our view, 1315 Pelican Watch was very well-stocked with everything we needed, and Mary and Hank are terrific hosts--they did a fabulous job of communicating with us before we arrived and checking in with us during our stay. We'd definitely come back.

A wonderful getaway

This property was exactly what we were looking for. Clean, exceptionally well-stocked, great location, great view! Our dogs enjoyed our "parking lot walks" for potty and the beach for fun. Sunsets were spectacular. Seabrook Island is a world away and we'll definitely be back someday.

A wonderful unit on a great dog friendly beach! Mary could not have been more accommodating and helpful. The place had everything you could possibly need and the communications between us and Mary were also amazing. We look forward to coming back next winter.

Great condo and location!

My wife and I decided to make a last-minute trip to the beach and found this condo. The owner was very quick to respond to a few questions I had. The condo and location are great as well as the amenities included with the pool and clubhouse. We really enjoyed our stay and will be returning here in the future.

And that's exactly what Seabrook is: beautiful, quiet island with clean, private beaches where wildlife abounds. It is impossible to go to Seabrook and not leave all your worries outside the gate.
