Only a bit of grassy lawn separates you from the steps leading down to the beach at this oceanfront condo on the ground floor of Summer Winds. This is a place for taking in the beauty of Indian Beach, whether you're admiring the ocean view on your shaded patio or taking a dip in one of three beachfront pools.

Summer Winds is an oceanfront property in the heart of Indian Beach, with grounds that include three outdoor pools, an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a fitness center, a sauna, tennis courts, a game room with a pool table, and gas grills for summer barbecues. All up and down the island, you'll find beachy eateries and sources of entertainment, from miniature golf to the North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores.

What makes this condo so special is its proximity to the beach, with sunlight and beautiful views streaming in through large windows. It's the perfect space to gather, offering ample seating for dining and lounging, a well-equipped kitchen, and double sets of glass doors that open to the patio.

In addition to the two standard bedrooms (one of which is an oceanfront primary suite with direct patio access), there are two bunk rooms that are wonderful for kids. Central air conditioning, complimentary WiFi, and a washer/dryer are provided as well.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Spring break 2024

The unit was very good. It could use a thorough spring cleaning and a kitchen reorganization. The bed linens were very loose and wrinkly. Location was great and amenities great.

Views were beautiful, roomy, and close to restaurants and stores. One of the bunk beds does need a couple of more slats if an adult sleeps in it and the only tv that worked was the living room. Other than these couple of things, it was a very enjoyable stay with friends.

GREAT LOCATION right on the beach!

We had a wonderful time! Lots of room for everyone. There was a snag with the door code when we checked in, but they remotely fixed that. There are more than enough supplies at your fingertips (I overpacked, assuming I had to bring my own things), so thank you for that! I will definitely stay here again!
