Thank you! Just saw that we had not seen our reviews from last year. The house is now divided into two separate duplexes that can be rented by theirselves.

I am so sorry that the sheets and linens smelled like cigarettes. That is the first time that I have ever had that complaint with my laundry service. I know that your sheets in the king bedroom had been washed because I had stayed there prior to you arriving and used my own sheets out of my owners closet. The service had to put on new sheets as there were no sheets on the bed when I left. I never allow smoking in the house and am very disappointed to hear that there was an issue with the laundry service. I will check into it immediately. My cleaner had problems after your party left with the downstairs tub as someone in your party stopped up the drain with an unusual amount of sand. I had to have someone come in and flush out all of the sand that was deposited in the tub. I have never had that happen before. I think I need to post a sign to guests to please rinse off their feet with either the hose on the stairs or the outside shower. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I want my guests to have a great beach experience, but to also respect the house so that my family and future guests can the enjoy the views and the house as well. Debbie

Hi Greg, Sorry the pandemic was right in the middle of your annual vacation this year. We just opened up again. Let us know if you would like to come down sometime. I am renting out the East side and the Siggins the West. I just put in new appliances and putting in granite and new carpet this week. Hope everyone in your party has stayed safe!

Hi Scott, Thanks for your review. I didn't realize that I had not thanked you last year. Just wanted to let you know that our house is now open again. I own the East side and have been updating it with granite, new appliances and carpet. If you have a smaller party you are welcome to rent just one side or I can contact the other owners if you ever would like both sides. We are finally open to rentals again and the beach is beautiful!

Thank you for your wonderful review and I do hope that you return one day. I also want to thank you for the way you handled the AC issue. I was frustrated that I had put in a new air handler when I wasn't having any issues, but knew that it was old and wanted to prevent any future problems for my guests. It turns out that it wasn't that drain was cloggint g improperly there was a faulty part in the new air handler and it was replaced as it was under warranty. Your family were great guests and I hope that you do consider returning to my place as I work to continue to update it all of the time for my guests and my enjoyment.
