Bright & Spacious Home with ICW access, two community pools and a boat launch.

This very bright and roomy 1700 square foot home sleeps six adults in three comfy beds. There are also two spacious living rooms with TVs.

As our guest, you have access to a private community boat launch, a locked trailer/boat storage area with CCTV, two community pools and a large community pier to fish from and watch the rocket launches!

Bringing a boat or kayaks? If so, you are in the perfect spot as this property is just North of Mosquito Lagoon and South of New Smyrna Beach.
This home has three bedrooms and two baths. One bathroom is a very large ensuite attached to the main bedroom. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and there is a Keurig and K-Cup selection for the bright mornings.

All community features listed above are within walking distance, and you may have some friendly Sand Cranes join you.

Speaking of wildlife, there are always dolphins in the Intracoastal and manatees in the canal. Osprey, Herons, Bald Eagles, Pelicans and Egrets are plentiful.

Loved the pool!!!

Ease of check in was wonderful!! Ronnie was quick to respond to calls/text of "distress". Condo was very comfortable and cute design. Having three bedrooms and two baths was a plus. Pool was easy walking distance and comfortable temp. Quiet neighborhood. Deck was very nice. The "no seeums" cut time outside, but that is FL. Having two TV areas was bonus. Queen bed master suite was.. interesting. Second BR bed springs need checking. The electric outlets need improved. Beach was a drive, more than we anticipated. We found a great place to canoe, and beaches to walk. The manager, Ronnie's quick response to our "interesting issues" was the deal breaker!!!! ease of check in was wom

A very nice and quiet spot

I was impressed with the overall size and cleanliness of the place. The two community pools was an added bonus. We go to Edgewater a couple times a year for family and we won’t hesitate to stay there again.

Quick Getaway

Our family stayed here for a few nights before boarding our cruise. Communication with host was flawless. Check in process was seamless, and house was exactly as described! We especially enjoyed seeing the manatees and the dolphins!

Weekend stay.
