Home has a dock that has a pier fishing license, so anyone can fish off of it without a fishing license.

The sectional and recliner invite you to relax and view your favorite shows on the 65" smart TV with a sound bar. The adjoining dining area sets the stage for memorable family meals.

Each bedroom is tastefully decorated to create a serene haven, sporting plush bedding, new mattresses, and ample storage. Speaking of which, the primary Royal Palm bedroom and Seahorse pool room both offer easy access to the pool and lanai for refreshing dips whenever you please.

This charming home is nestled in the heart of Punta Gorda's numerous attractions and not lacking in things to do and daily adventures. Explore the historic downtown shops or visit Fisherman's Village, which has novelty stores, waterfront restaurants, stunning sunsets, and a full-service marina. Whether you choose to relax at a nearby waterfront Tiki restaurant and bar offering live music on a sandy beachfront, enjoy one of the nearby parks and preserves, or simply bask on the beautiful local beaches, the area will not disappoint (We provide bikes and a bike rack).

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Security camera details: Ring doorbell at the front door and at every corner of the property covering the perimeter. ** Owners live nearby and will routinely stop at the home**

Dock details: Guests can use the dock to stand, sit, or fish. Boat lift access and boat docking is not permitted. Due to multiple factors beyond Vacasa's control, we cannot guarantee a safe docking of any water crafts. DO NOT FEED THE WILDLIFE. Kayaks are used at own risk and have to be removed from the water and returned to garage after each use.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
