Fully furnished 2 story home with a private Pool & Spa. Featuring 7 bedrooms, and 5 and a half baths on 3,632 sq ft of living space. The living area offers stylish finishes with a perfect setting for relaxing and entertaining after long days of fun at the parks

***LOCATION*** Disney- 20 min Universal-30 min Sea world-15 min Lego land (40 minutes drive)-25 min Gatorland-30 min NASA-25 mi Mall-Supermarket-restaurants- 5 min
***PET POLICY*** Only small pets or under 40 pound dog allowed $150 Pet fee for each animal Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee. Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged
***PARKING*** There is an active towing policy in this community. At no time vehicles can be parked on the grass, blocking homes, or in non-marked areas. Please use driveway or overflow parking spaces. This driveway can fit up to 3 cars.
Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay. - Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.
