The HOTHOUSE is a Unique Risquè Stylish Mobile Home (Sleeps 4ppl Max). Enjoy the house & features all to yourself on a very private, large, fenced in piece of land surrounded by trees with plenty of off street, gate secured parking. While it seems this location is peacefully detached from the world, you are only under 2miles from anything & everything you could need.

Although we don't want to spoil all of the surprises, here are some of the features & amenities you will enjoy in & around the home:

Sleep, cuddle, & play in an absolutely silent platform leather King size memory foam bed. There is a Queen size memory foam leather pullout sofa bed. All beds are made-up with high quality linens & super yummy blankets. From the bed or on the couch, stream movies or play games on the big screen. Take a moment to secure your "Loved One" to the wall rails while you shop the in-house lockers to find more ways to spice things up.
Be entertained with an array of adult games, exotic decor, dance pole, position chaise lounge, wall to wall mirrors, mood lighting, color changing wall fireplace, party lights, Bluetooth Speakers.
Have an experience! Record your own memories by using the multiple phone mounting vantage points around the room; tune in to each other & live that big screen life by mirroring your phone on the position adjustable 60" Samsung TV (Android/Iphone).
In the bathroom, dim the lighting to enjoy the greenery, stonework & gold while soaking in the mini waterfall tub & watch your favorite series on TV. Yes ladies, there are bubbles & bath bombs for your luxury!
Get steamy in the 2 person shower then cozy with ultra soft towels, robes, & slippers. Be a king or queen for the day & sit upon the throne. You've most likely never sat on one like this!
Utilize the fully equipped granite kitchen, barwares & blender. There is an automatic ice machine ideal for making mixed drinks or blending margaritas! Keep the night going or wake up fresh by enjoying the fully stocked awesome Coffee/Espresso machine.
Chill out or turn up the heat & enjoy 2 screened in patios (Smoking/Vaping Areas): 4 Person/30 Jet Private Jacuzzi, Outdoor Bluetooth, Hammock, Outdoor Gas Grill & Propane Firepit. Whenever you get the chance, sit & listen to the rain. Thank us later! At times you will see the occasional wildlife (deer, fox, possum, armadillo, turtles, large indigenous birds) pass through the yard or you may experience the excitement of the roaring fighter jets taking off & performing maneuvers from JAX. Soak it up.

To maintain our high cleaning & upkeep standards, for stays that are more than 3 days, we require to have the place cleaned every 3 days & charge an extra reduced cleaning fee for each time in addition to the normal paid for check out service.

This property is available to members of "World Away Club, PMA - A Private Membership Association" only. If you are not a member of the World Away Club, PMA, simply send us a message/inquiry and we can get you signed up to enjoy all our members benefits. A valid/active membership agreement is required to access this property. The $25 membership fee is included on this listing already when booking. We use Safely as our third party guest verification and they will send you a separate email with information to complete the guest verification as required before check-in. A non refundable guest verification fee of $10 is also included on this listing upon booking.
