Vicki- It was a pleasure to host you. We look forward to hosting you again next year.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay. Unfortunately, there is not counter space in the bathrooms. It is the same as it appears in the photos. Because there is limited parking, the front desk must valet parking in the garage. They sometimes allow guests to self park when there pre non-tandem spots available. Anything the city does for sand/soil improvement is not something we have any control over.

Thanks for the review D. The pool and major renovations are all complete. Just a few remaining things in the garage area.

We are glad that you enjoyed the condo. Unfortunately, construction has been going on at the building for the past three years. We put the construction in the description so that guests know this beforehand. Sometimes guests have no noise impact and other times they do. It's un predictable. With guests booking advanced stays, it's even less predictable.

Thanks for taking a chance on renting during construction. I didn’t know about the resort pass. I’ll have to check that out myself. Please keep us in mind for your next vacation stay in the Miami area.

Thanks for your feedback Lori. As we have mentioned in our property description, the building has been undergoing renovations for the last 2-3 years. As the Association works through these renovations, we hope to achieve the necessary improvements for a less distracted stay. Cars are valeted in three areas - in front of the building (uncovered), in the garage with overhead coverage and in the enclosed, open overhead parking next to the street. The sea gulls don't discriminate. Guest vehicles are not parked in close proximity to reno work within the garage to avoid damage. If damage does occur, it should be reported to the valet when it occurs. The dishwasher died during the guest stay. Although a new washer was ordered and arranged for immediate delivery, the home improvement company could not deliver and install due to a worker shortage. We hope to address the minor guest damage that has occurred over this busy winter season.

Hal thanks for the thorough review and the numerous times you shared this info throughout your stay. We are reaching the end of our required 40 -year review and we have passed every inspection with flying colors. The good thing s is that the major parts of the construction are over. There is sound from the garage below. It bothers some and not others. The valet will keep the door open overnight when we notify him of a guest request. We're glad that you enjoyed your stay overall.
