Luxury 1br 1ba APT 10mins to Airport + Wells Fargo + Lincoln Financial Field

Welcome! My apartment is fairly spacious for a 1br 1ba it is nicely decorated very modern and girly! I also have a finished downstairs area that can be used for extra storage space if you’re doing a longer term stay. My place is only 10 minutes from the PHL airport as well as the Lincoln Financial Field and the Wells Fargo Arena. Aside from that i’m minutes from the Arts district, plenty coffee shops + restaurants and plenty of shopping in center city and rittenhouse square. Shopping areas are only 10 to 15 minutes away driving. My neighborhood is very safe, walkable, can bike etc. many family’s live here as well as young professionals. Music can be played via alexa but should be lowered around 10pm to respect the neighbors. Other than that it’s a very peaceful apartment you will enjoy it especially if you love aesthetics I have plenty mirrors and things to make your stay exciting.
