The Space:

- The master suite features a plush king-size bed and private bath.

- Bedroom 2 includes a full-size bed paired with a fun twin-over-full bunk bed—perfect for kids or groups.

- Bedroom 3 has two comfy twin beds, great for guests of all ages.

- 2nd bathroom upstairs with two sinks, and another 3rd downstairs bathroom with an additional shower.

- Stylish living room w/ smart TV.

- Fully equipped kitchen w/ modern appliances + dining table

We were in town to visit my son at LSU. Property conveniently located close to school. Everything we needed was at the house. Enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

House was great and perfect for our stay. Very close to LSU baseball field. Would stay here again. I had to stay one night longer and they were very accommodating.

This house is perfectly located. We were here for move-in weekend and it was located near the campus and many off campus amenities. The house was very spacious we had plenty of room and used the garage to organize our daughters stuff before we moved her in. Communication with the host was great they responded very quickly. They do have in the listing that they supply towels only for the guests registered and the the paper towels/toilet paper/trash bags were only what was there when you arrived, you could purchase if needed. I would recommend bringing paper towels with you or stopping at the local grocery store to grab some when we arrived the paper towels was a mostly empty roll. If you plan to cook they do have some spices already there which was great, depending on how much cooking you do you might want to also grab some extra trash bags as well. They did have pods for the washing machine which was great, since we were there for almost a full week we needed to wash towels. I would definitely stay here again it was a great experience.

My Host was Mr. Santocoloma, he was very accommodating and took care of Our needs. My family & I have booked with Mr. Santocoloma on a number of occasions and was pleased with the stays, and response of communication. We look forward to future bookings.

I am blown away with how beautiful and easy the property is to find, the property was beautiful and the location is very peaceful. Its in a great location where you can enjoy Baton Rouge and easily get to New Orleans. Absolutely great place to stay

Everything was as advertised, very clean, 3 bedroom, 3 bathrooms home. Would definitely stay there again. Was there for bowling and Cane's Center was 10 minutes away. Lots of eateries and shopping near by.

Wonderful stay

Our stay met all expectations, and needs for our large family. Location was ideal, clean and quiet neighborhood. Mateo was a great host and timely with responding. We highly recommend this location. This is worth it..

The house was beyond my expectations. Very clean and felt very homely. The area is right around the corner from LSU (straight trip). Owner was very responsive. When I come back to Baton Rouge I will definitely book here again!!! Do not hesitate book here you will not regret it.

Louisiana Thanksgiving

Beautiful townhome. All Bedrooms are upstairs. Plenty of room for our family for Thanksgiving. There is No outdoor grill, which we love on VRBO's, but enjoyed the condo and location great for LSU campus and restaurants around the corner.
