Beautiful East views of Medicine Lake from your own private shoreline. Wake up to the water and everything lake life has to offer in the city. Everything you need is here for you and your guests to get away and enjoy themselves. Take a break from the water and relax in the Boat House or play in the Game Room. Sandy lake bottom and plenty of green grassy shoreline to keep you comfortable while enjoying the water. Pontoon rental is available too!

After 9 PM, quiet until 8 AM in the front/backyard and lake shore please. The home is in a private area of Medicine Lake, your voice carries!
The city of Plymouth only allows 8 occupants in a short term rental(28 days or less}. 8 Persons at any given time and guests must be registered.
In the Welcome Binder there are current check-in/checkout procedures and house rules. Please review them and let me know if you cannot abide by them.

The other properties for rent on Medicine Lake have a fairly busy road between their yard and shoreline. The calm and quiet of this area is like nothing else on this metropolitan lakefront. This home is on a very quiet dead-end street and borders a large park/preserve. The front entrance is on this very private street and the backyard leads directly to the boat house and lake.

この宿泊施設の特徴

An epic view of the lake to east with the Minneapolis skyline draped behind it can be captured while you relax in the hot tub. You will enjoy the beautiful sun rises from almost every room in the house. The boat house is open year round for our guests. You are welcome to use the dock if it is in the water during your stay. Pontoon rental is available with respect to the season. Dock and boat lifts are removed seasonally.
