Amenities were in good condition. We started badly however. We arrived at the venue at 9:00 pm. The front door lock was not working. We contacted the host and we had to wait 3 hours before she would procure a locksmith to allow us entry. Not going into the details, this host was not the best! Needless to say after a day of driving, this was not the best situation. To top it all, she did not even call to find out how we managed! Not impressed at all!

My family have been staying at Spanish Trace since the early 1970s, and this visit was great as always. The unit is nicely updated, decorated and equipped. We prepared a large birthday dinner for family one evening, and found the kitchen very suitable to the task. The view from the balcony is also delightful. I would definitely recommend this unit and would visit again. The owner’s communication is also very good.

The condo is cute and has everything you would need. The location is wonderful!!! You can see the ocean and listen to the waves from the balcony. The host is there to help with any problems.

Wonderful property inside and out. Exactly as described. The host was kind, easy to reach, and answered questions immediately. We had a few issues connecting to the Wi-Fi but it was resolved instantly. No need to bring any beach chairs, etc. as the condo is fully stocked.

Terrific condo! Updated, clean, and well-stocked. Having the bedrooms upstairs made it feel spacious. Having things like beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach towels was also a nice touch. The complex and pool area is quiet and nice. The beach wasn't overly crowded. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at this rental! It’s super cute and steps from the beach. When we arrived, the code to get in didn’t work but within minutes of texting the host, the door was unlocked and he called to ensure we were able to get in. The place was well taken care of with plenty of towels/wash cloths, toilet paper and paper towels. Everything was very well stocked and they had plenty of beach towels and chairs to use. I loved having a sink in the master so I didn’t have to share the bathroom sink with the other guests. The directions were easy to follow and the hosts were very responsive! We would definitely stay here again!

It was nicely decorated and comfortable. However, there’s really only one couch and two chairs that weren’t very comfortable. The only other issue was the washer/dryer in one was very hard to get to dry. I ended up just taking the clothes out and putting them in a bag to wash when we got home. Besides that, it was a very nice stay. The weather cooperated and the view was so pretty.

Excellent!! Great place to stay especially with children. The condo was beautifully decorated. The host stayed in touch the whole trip. Check in is was a breeze. The condo has all of your necessities. Over all we loved it. If I could give it 10 stars definitely would. Plan to stay again next year.

Best Vacation!

The unit is spectacular, pictures don't do it justice. Many items are provided; you'll want for nothing. The in unit washer/dryer is helpful. I still used the complex laundry for drying. Kara is prompt to reply to questions. We'll be back soon!

Beautiful and comfy stay at the beach

From check in to check out this was a magnificent experience! Even though there was one hiccup upon arrival, I still rated our stay 5 stars because the host was phenomenal to work with! They were extremely quick to respond and rectify the situation. Our kids fell in love with the beach and pool—we fell in love with the historical downtown vibe that St. Augustine provided. This was a memorable stay for us and we will definitely return!

It was a great place to stay. The room was updated and was very clean. The only down side was there is not laundry in the unit you have to use the laundry room on the lower level. The beach was not crowded due to not many big buildings in that area which was very nice. You are close to grocery stores and shopping. And downtown is just a short drive away.

Perfect spot!

Had a great girls weekend at this beachy vibe condo right on the beach. Perfect location to get the feel and relaxation of a beach vacation, while also being a short drive to “town” and get to experience the history and beauty of St. Augustine. You won’t be disappointed staying here!

Great spring break at the beach!

The condo was great for our family! The proximity to the beach was awesome, very convenient to just walk out onto the beach. We also enjoyed the view of the water and the pool from the balcony. I appreciated the gated parking lot as well. Thanks for having us!

Great stay

We had a great stay. The unit had everything one would need to have a beach vacation. The beds were super comfy, and the owner was very responsive with answers to my questions. Everyone at the complex were very friendly & nice. I would recommend this home away from home & will hopefully be back ourselves. My only con was not having a vacuum because no matter how much you rinse off at the outdoor shower there is always some sand that makes its way back. And the lock can be a bit tricky but once you push in the door with your knee it locks and unlocks easier. Other than that, this place was awesome & we felt very comfortable. Loved the ceiling fans to circulate the air!

Great condo

Perfect location to walk to the pool and beach, and also right on the road to enter the beach with a vehicle. Provided all the supplies we needed to have a great stay. Highly recommend.

Fabulous Location and Cobdo

THE BEST!! We couldn’t have made a better choice in our stay at Kara and Kevin’s condo. From check in to check out everything was amazing!! The condo is well equipped, clean and the hosts go above and beyond to make sure that guests feel at home. Location is convenient to everything. Winn-Dixie is an awesome store and was only minutes away! We loved sitting on the balcony to enjoy coffee and the serenity of seeing the ocean and feeling the healing it brings to the soul.We will definitely stay again when we return to St. Augustine. We enjoyed all the local activities and made sure we went to the Fountain of youth!’ We left feeling at least a day or two younger!! You won’t be disappointed’! Treat yourself!! We absolutely love St. Augustine Beach and Spanish Trace! We love being right on the beach with amazing ocean views. Our complex is relatively small, so you will find a quiet, relaxed environment with beautiful views day and night. This condo and area is great for families, couples, or friends. St. Augustine Beach has so many cute coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, live music, donut and ice cream spots close by. The alligator farm, the lighthouse, the forts, huge mini golf course, proximity to Disney World and Cape Canaveral (you can see launches right from the balcony!), the beach, and the amazing art scene ensure there is something for everyone. Only 10 minutes to historic downtown where even more fun awaits. Take a horse drawn carriage ride down the oldest street in the US, visit the Fort, listen to live music, experience wine or cocktail tastings at the winery or distillery downtown. Take the kids to the pirate museum. The beaches are wide with white sand, and Florida sunshine all year. Its the best of all the worlds.

We love our condo and we hope you come fall in love with it, too! The location right on the beach and in front of the pool in our small complex provides the most spectacular views off the balcony and out the master bedroom window. Wake up and fall asleep to watching the waves crash on the beach. Sit on the balcony and listen to the ocean, watch the sunrise or sunset. You can't beat the views or being steps to either the pool or the beach. Our condo is also recently remodeled with new light fixtures, furniture, mounted smart tv/soundbar, air, ceiling fans, and comfortable beds to ensure a great experience for our guests.
