Please note this is not a single floor condo -- there is a flight of stairs inside the unit (note there is an elevator down the hall from the condo and there are entry doors on the 2nd and 3rd floor). You have beautiful uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean, dunes covered in Dune Daisies and Sea Oats, waves rolling in and the beautiful salt water swimming pool, right up close. Watching the sunrise from the master bed or the balcony makes it a pleasure to get up early! The complex itself features amenities such as a large pool, pickleball court, basketball court, tennis courts, a wash off station right by the sand path to the beach- which is just a few steps away. St. Augustine Beach is the perfect place to watch fireworks this summer! Our condo is just steps to the beach, where you can watch the fireworks- avoiding the crowds, and trying to find parking (bring a blanket and some snacks for the perfect night)!
