Cozy apartment in a great location. A 15-minute drive from downtown, 10 minutes from Midway Airport, and 35 minutes away from O’Hare Airport. Located In the middle of our two major expressways and train lines. Minutes away from all the music festivals and events in Chicago.

A Perfect place to come relax on your own, with your companion or family. Nothing fancy just a clean and comfortable place.

This is a 2nd-floor private apartment with your private entrance. (Bungalow 🏠)

The apartment was very nice and clean. Everything you need is provided and it’s in an area that is easily accessible. The owner is very friendly and easy to get in contact with about any issues or concerns that you may have!

Good experience overall

Stayed here with my friends for lollapalooza and had a good experience overall. Location is great which we cared about the most. There were some things left in the place from guests before but nothing major. Toilet has some problems and sometimes would have to wait 5 minutes before flushing again. Place is located on the top floor, and you do get access to backyard which is great. Owner is super helpful if any there are any issues.

Cute overnight atay

Place is neat and clean. Beds were comfortable! Really impressed by the fact that there was a gas stove!! Nice, quiet neighborhood! Polish up on your parallel parking skills. Great stay!

I booked this stay coming to the city for a day to hang with friends , asked the landlord if it was okay if a few friends come over and he stated no. If I’m booking why not ? As long as they aren’t spending a night.

Absolutely awful

Stay was great, but the phone calls and messages threatening me, then telling me to come back and meet him face to face so he can show me how a real man handles this situation? Seriously? All over dogs staying that I mentioned to him and have screenshots saved of it that he was ok with it. Sounds like he’s scamming for more money. Never using vrbo again if this is what they allow.
