Our luxurious lake house rests atop a small bluff overlooking mighty Lake Michigan on a quiet, residential road. Experience stunning sunsets over Lake Michigan from our hot tub or reclining on the deck. Arise each morning and raise the blinds to see how Lake Michigan is feeling that day. Relax with coffee, tea, or cocoa in one of our two spacious living rooms, on the side or back deck, or on the private Master-suite balcony. Bring groceries to prepare in our fully stocked kitchen or venture out to eat at one of the many restaurants and open-air bars in Mears, Silver Lake, Hart, Pentwater, or Ludington.

With floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking majestic Lake Michigan, our sprawling master bedroom encompasses the top (third) floor of this five-bedroom home. This bedroom boasts a comfy king bed, private bath, dedicated workspace with Lake Michigan view, fireplace with smart TV over the mantle, sofa bed, and private balcony overlooking Lake Michigan--perfect for quiet morning coffee and sunset views. Our master bath includes a jacuzzi tub and separate shower.

The main (second) floor has two living areas. One has a TV with a gaming system and DVD player, a game table with poker and bumper pool, and a gas fireplace with a couch and two recliners. The other overlooks Lake Michigan with several reclining chairs and a couch to enjoy the view. It has a smart TV, gas fireplace, and coffee bar.

Our fully stocked kitchen has a refrigerator with an ice maker, dishwasher, hot water spigot for tea, electric range/oven, microwave, and coffee pot/ Keurig combo. Two stools sit at the large countertop.

The cathedral-ceiling sunroom provides plenty of natural light for the 12-place dining-room table. Also on this floor is a bedroom with a bunk bed (full bed on bottom, twin bed on top), full bath with shower, and washer/dryer.

The first-floor master bedroom has a California King Smart-Number bed with remotes, gas fireplace, sofa bed, and smart TV. The first-floor bath boasts a multi-jet shower with a child safety valve for temperature (that can be adjusted for adults). Also on this floor are two other bedrooms: one with a queen bed and one with a full-twin bunkbed. There is a closet in each room. We provide spare pillows and blankets.

In addition to the private master balcony, our lake house has two decks. The back deck overlooks Lake Michigan and holds a six-person hot tub, four Adirondack chairs, a gas fire table, a warm-water outdoor shower, and a patio furniture set with umbrella that seats seven. The front deck has a large Weber grill and patio table and chairs with an umbrella that seats six. We also provide four lounge chairs, puzzles and games throughout the house, lots of books, and a corn hole set. In addition to cookware, dinnerware, and silverware, we offer wine glasses and beer mugs as well as plastic dishes/cups for outdoor use.

We provide some coffee, teas, and cocoa for our guests, as well as Gilchrist & Soames toiletries.

We will provide you with a key code for the main entrance as well as other important information to make check-in easy. We provide a binder in the kitchen to assist you with any information you will need in order to use the hot tub, TVs, fireplaces, coffee maker, etc. We also have recorded videos linked to QR codes (provided in the binder) to demonstrate how to use each item.
