In a good location to downtown, it was nice to be able to walk to all of the shops that we wanted to visit. Unit overall was pretty quiet, didn’t have a lot of outside noise.

Property was absolutely perfect! Unit was clean and as described. Plenty of places to sit outside and a short walk to anything downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

Just a block or so from downtown. Great spot! We go to Eureka about 5 times a year. Will be staying here!

Kids loved the hot tub and patio area. Easy walk to everything! Quiet location, super clean, all linens provided plus nice bath robes!

Great place a perfect distance from downtown. You can walk to all the shops but be far enough away from busy downtown area for a peaceful getaway. Hot tub was clean and very relaxing. Parking was available on site so we never had to pay for parking anywhere. Host kept great contact and was very responsive

The hot tub closest to the A, B, and C parking lots was only 93 degrees last night, so we switched to the one in the back of the property and it was 103 which was perfect!!!

We love this unit: great location for walking downtown, love the hot tubs and fire pits, and enjoy sitting on the porch. The unit is cozy but has ample space to relax inside, too. Check in and check out instructions were clear and easy. The property manager was very quick in responding to questions or needs. Definitely our favorite place to stay in Eureka Springs!

Very clean and modern with good parking. Location was great and the garden area with hot tub was a nice addition. Our only critique is that it is very small. They’ve used the space as best they can, but if it’s too cold to hang out outside, just know there is only a couch and a bed to sit on.

Great location getaway

The location was perfect and within walking distance to everything we needed. Nicely renovated but still unique. We had all the essentials we needed. Also had great outdoor patio space.

This place is well located for accessing Eureka Springs downtown historic area. It was newly renovated, very clean and nicely appointed. I appreciated the off-street parking. The host was very responsive. The only hiccup was that she didn't tell me how to access the suite. I noticed Suite C had outside access, so I assumed that Suite B did as well. I walked around the building only to find that access is inside the front door and down the steps. It also would be nice to have the check-out procedures in the notebook in the property. I had to email to ask for them. All-in-all, this was a great choice and worked well for us.

151 Spring - the best

When going to Eureka, we will stay no where else. It is perfect. Clean, furnished, quiet and close to everything.
