Perfect family stay. We were here with our 2 adult sons to celebrate my birthday. The outside space is spectacular- pool/hot tub/grounds etc. the house is spacious and modern. Plenty of room for all. Only small downside is the master bath- it is fairly small and could use some hooks and other places for towels. All in all, would highly recommend!!

We absolutely loved our stay in this home. The layout and location are both great! The landscaping in the backyard and the pool area are especially wonderful! We would come back just for that! The only negative comments are that the beds are not very comfortable (old foam mattress), and the kitchen cabinets were missing shelves. Given these negatives. We would stay here again for a short-term rental

Great house- tastefully remodeled and spacious. House was spotless upon arrival. Yard was amazing, we spent most of our week hanging out there and swimming. Located in nice suburban neighborhood. Couple annoying things, we stayed a week and they didn’t leave enough supplies like trash bags/dishwash detergent. Pool heating broke due to storm damage - they were able to come fix it by the afternoon but we still paid for pool heating that day

Great stay!

Convenient location, clean and just like the photos! Came with 3 friends and we are all moms of little kids. We came for some time alone as friends but would definitely book future trips with our families!

Our 2nd year visit

Nice to come back to this Gene Autry neighborhood for a seven night family stay. Pool is a highlight along with hot tub. Place was clean and well stock. Except for wine glasses but that was quickly fixed. Easy access to the Albertson’s close by. As well as a 15 min ride to downtown PSP. Plan to return next year.

Gorgeous city, gorgeous pool!

My friend and I come out to Palm Springs twice a year for a long weekend getaway, and this property ticked all the boxes: quiet, clean, good price point, modern updates, pipin' hot hot tub. I'd make one or two minor changes if I was the owner, just to "up" the overall experience, but honestly, nothing that's a deal breaker. Huge props to the property manager for calmly and efficiently helping us figure out one or two things upon arrival--definitely recommend!

A Quiet Beatiful Oasis

My friend and I came down to celebrate 35 years of friendship and to be in nicer weather. This house was perfect. In fact so perfect we never left it. We had groceries and food delivered. We sunbathed, swam, played games listened to music and simply relaxed. The house is in a great quiet neighborhood and a close Lyft ride to anywhere you would want to go. We loved it so much!!!

Nice Property.

Overall it was a nice, comfortable property. Lots of space for the family and in a good location. The only down side we experienced was whether the pool could be heated or not and if there was an extra cost to do so. The emails we received from the company that manages this property were contradictory.

Perfect house for family

The house was the perfect size for our family of five. The pool and hot tub were great and the house had most of the amenities needed for our spring break. The outdoor living space was amazing with great landscaping and views of the mountains. Only complaints were the house had a very strong bleach/clean smell when we arrived. The TV’s and soundbar were not easy to use and my husband is an expert in home theatre setup. Not sure if it is standard for the location but for half of our stay it was like we were in a wind tunnel. If we drove 5 minutes towards downtown there was no wind.

Great stay

This was a great place to stay when visiting palm springs. the outdoor area was really nice, especially with the heated pool since it was a little colder outside when we visited. The only downside of the house was there could be more detail to the cleanliness. Also, they provided toilet paper initially but after it ran out they told us it was our responsibility.Toilet paper is a basic amenity and there should be enough provided to short stay guests for their entire visit. 6 rolls of toilet paper for 6 people (mixed men and women) over 5 days was not enough. They should change their policy on that, but otherwise great stay overall and would stay there again

In terma of management we have no complaints. We did have a major kitchen malfunction with the stove and oven. Then almost the whole house lost power. Management did respond and sent out help as fast as they could, it was Thanksgiving. The first person that came let us know he thought it was something easy to solve but it wasn’t. Then someone else came. I do have complaints in terms of towels: old and worn out. Sheets in two beds were stained qnd dingy. Also we were booking for Thanksgiving weekend and had to purchase wine and champagne glasses as there were only 3 (different types) and 2 flutes. There were no placemats anywhere either. Details like this made the property less than perfect for the price paid. Other than that it was fine.

Amazing Property

This home is so beautiful. The only cons: cleanliness could be better and a nicer and more comfortable living room couch and TVs in the extra 2 guest bedrooms. I think for short term stays trash bags, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash should be provided. All the bottles installed in the showers were empty. Pros: The kitchen was well stocked with all the amenities of home. The beds were super comfortable and the pool, AMAZING. The back room addition also has a pull out couch, TV and 2 comfortable chairs with a little game table. Can be used as a second living room/bedroom combo with a private door to the room and direct access to the pool. The master bedroom also has french doors that lead to backyard/pool. Has a garage that can be used with washer and dryer Great location. Would definitely stay here again

March Stay

Overall, enjoyed this property. Pool and spa were lovely. Outdoor seating and dining very nice. Big firepit was great and well used. Beds and linens were comfortable. Primary suite was good size with lots of hanging space. Bathroom was underwhelming but did the job. Did use the lounge area in the back except for some work zoom calls but useful extra space if needing the pull out. Kitchen had most of the necessary amenities. No foil or plastic wrapping or bags. Could use more tupperware storage containers. Supplied coffee filters. could use more wine glasses-only 5. SunnyDays property managers were responsive to questions. Came on site to help with keys and garage entry. Roku remote did not work so walked me through downloading controls to my phone. Should have followed up with a new remote and batteries during our stay. Did not supply enough dishwasher pods and toilet paper for a 7 day stay so prepare to buy your own. Planes are a daily occurence based on the proximity to the airport but it was not a bother to us. But again you see them come in over Rancho Mirage and Catherdral City as well. They are part of the scenery. We would stay again.

Regarding the proximity to the airport, we understand that it may not be ideal for everyone.
