The Villa was perfect for our group with so much space , nice pool, nice views.This trip was with friends and we rented it again for March 2026 with our children and will most likely rent it again next November if it’s available. I would definitely recommend it.

This house is exactly what is advertised and a lot bigger in person! Spectacular view every morning, comfy beds, and a great kitchen to cook in! Edina was so patient with us since our plane was 5 hours delayed and still met us at the airport and drove us to the house! Chad is very responsive on Vrbo and answer all your questions! I would recommend this property to anyone!!

Epic Easter and Birthday Weekend

Always an enjoyable and restful getaway, this Villa has everything you need, it’s a home away from home. Spacious, comfortable and more than enough for the 10 family members that accompanied me. Did not want to leave, will be back soon.

Estate Buena Vista is Paradise

The house was more than adequate for our group of 6. It was exceptionally clean & they provided beach chairs & towels. It was so nice to have the pool & all the outdoor balconies to enjoy. We will be back!

DO NOT BOOK WITH CHAD! FRAUDULENT LISTING!

WARNING THIS IS A LOOONG ONE! The host was extremely helpful and very communicative BEFORE our stay! Upon arrival I received a text from Chad that his property manager, Lisa, would be meeting us at the airport rather than himself. She was 40 minutes late and her response was “relax, island time”! At the villa I asked how often the pool was cleaned. I was told it had been cleaned that morning (Thursday) and was scheduled to be cleaned on Tuesday but if it really needed to be cleaned to “just reach out” Almost immediately as we began deciding who would get each room we started to discover the issues. One bedroom had two large puddles of water from leaks in the roof. I immediately contacted Chad through portal and received no response. I reached out to Lisa and was told that Chad was aware of the leaks. Broken jacuzzi’s same answer. Broken dining chairs, same. Filthy bathrooms, same. Dirty dishes in cabinets, same. I didn’t know I needed to lodge a complaint while we were still on property and so when I contacted VRBO there’s While sett

Didn't Want to Leave

A wonderful property, with adequate space for larger groups. The view is astonishing, the kitchen well stocked, everything was clean and in order. Communication was 10/10 with Lisa our point of contact during our stay! Will definitely return here in our next trip!

Great location

Location was perfect! Lisa was wonderful! House was perfect for our larger party; 7 adults. Only issue was that the shower in the basement was not available to use which was somewhat of an inconvenience, but we worked around the issue. Would I book this property again, YES.

Our group of 9 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. The space was perfect!!! We had 4 adults, 5 kids. Kids loved the pool! There was plenty of space, beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler. Loved the house, view, and location. The hosts were very friendly and super helpful.

Awesome stay!

Lisa did a great job hosting us. Lisa greeted us at the airport to show us to the house. And she waited thru a small delay to do so! The house matched the description and pictures on line. If you are willing to rent a property off the beach … this is a great option. Also, make a reservation at Duggans Reef for the best sea food on the island.

Family vacation

We loved the location of the property and the layout was perfect for our needs. The management was outstanding. I was delayed two days in Miami and they were fantastic assisting the rest of the family getting settled. Very impressed.

Amazing vacation

My family stayed a week on this gorgeous island. My husband, sons 4,11, sisters and their grown kids. We felt so comfortable and safe. The property views and amenities were out of this world. We plan on coming back and staying with this host. Thank you Lisa and John!!

Beautiful House and Wonderful Stay

Everything about the VRBO process, communications, stay and house was easy and timely. The house itself is beautiful. The views were amazing. Chad, Enid and Lisa were responsive and provided great information about the house and things to do on island. There were one or two things that we did need help with and they reacted and resolved quickly, so that we were comfortable and could continue to enjoy our stay. It was a great house and we would definitely stay there again.

Paradise In St. Croix

I stayed at this beautiful home with my wife, two kids, my sister and her husband and my nephew, and my mother. We were extremely impressed with the home - it was much bigger in person than what I thought it would be based on the photos. It is also very well kept, it has everything needed to enjoy a fantastic vacation in St. Croix. The location was great for us, we were able to get to excellent family friendly beach locations easily with our cars and also get to restaurants and grocery stores easily. The home has a beautiful view and an amazing pool which the whole family enjoyed. The home had a pack and play for our youngest baby as well which was great. We did have to clean the pool but during the stay someone came to clean it for us even better, we even got a non stick pan brought to us which was a really nice thing they did for us. I would recommend staying at this property with a large group, we could have brought another family and had plenty of space!

Great Place to Visit with Family

We had 8 adults that were all family ranging in age from 22-82. We enjoyed the large kitchen and living room area, as well as the deck. The view is amazing and we had wonderful weather. We cooked many of the meals ourselves and enjoyed the family time. Thanks to Enid, Lisa, and Chad for answering our questions before and after we arrived. The staff and all the people we met on the island were very friendly!

Beautiful views on the East End

This is a beautiful property that is great for a large group or family - plenty of space inside and out, with gorgeous ocean views! The location is also great - in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to all the St. Croix has to offer.

Beautiful property

Beautiful property, gorgeous views of the Caribbean, clean… the property manager met us at the airport and led us to the villa. I would definitely recommend this property to others, and plan on staying there again.

Chad has lived in St. Croix during most of his childhood, only leaving to attend military boarding school. He returned to continue to enjoy all that St. Croix and the Caribbean have to offer. He loves to boat, fish, snorkel, scuba and sail. Due to his upbringing on the island of St. Croix, with its diverse history and culture, his travels have been a representation of this fact. Traveling as far as the Philippines, Thailand most of Europe and South America, Chad has emerged himself in each and every areas food, people, music and culture. During his life adventures he found a partner that not only enjoys the very passion to travel but has opened the doors to new life adventures. With the expansion of his family to include their son, they continue to travel creating wonderful memories. Of course their first family trip was to St. Croix for Christmas carnival, which was nothing short of amazing. When not attending to guests needs Chad is a Full time Firefighter/Paramedic for Palm beach County Fire Rescue. For Chad, life has so much to offer, he works hard and plays even harder because he feels it's not only good to take care of the community but it's great to seize the moment. He hopes to hear from you so he may assist you with your vacation travels.
