Veranda Palms is a family friendly gated resort in the Kissimmee area of Orlando. The location is in a fantastic area, easily reached from highway 192 where you will find a vast selection of shops and restaurants. The community is just a short drive away from some of the most popular attractions in the area, including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. Being just minutes away from world-famous theme parks, shopping outlets, and championship golf courses, you'll have endless entertainment options right at your doorstep.



Veranda Palms has fantastic modern resort amenities such as a resort pool surrounded by loungers, hot tub, kids splash pad, kids splash playground with two water slides. There's a newly renovated clubhouse with activities; a fully equipped gym with cardio and weights facilities; and a great lounge area.

Parking:

Please feel free to park inside the garage as well as the driveway. There is additional parking is available at the clubhouse on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. Please note that buses, RVs, trailers, and boats are prohibited in the community. Parking is also allowed outside the pool area, using the side parking spaces and is subject to availability.



Other Things to Note:

• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!



Additional Services:

• Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night per service and $60/night for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.



We're happy to deliver:

→ Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time $69 charge. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can have everything ready for you to enjoy the grill.

House Rules

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property.

4. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
