1) Is pool and spa heat extra?
Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.
2) Is there a BBQ grill?
A BBQ grill is not kept at the home. We will provide information where a gas grill can be rented and delivered to the house. Charcoal grills are not allowed.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is a child safety fence blocking the pool.
4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)
5) What type of coffee maker is in the home?
Drip and K-Cup coffee makers are provided.
6) Are linens and towels provided?
Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.
7) What paper products and cleaning products are provided?
Only starter amounts of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and cleaning products are provided. (This is an industry standard practice.)
8) Is Wifi provided for free?
Complimentary wireless internet is provided.
9) Is smoking allowed in the home or by the pool? Are pets allowed?
Smoking is NOT allowed in the home or by the pool. Pets of any kind are NOT allowed.
10) What are the times for check-in and checkout?
Check-in is at 4 PM. Checkout is at 10 AM.
11) Are there limits on the number of cars guests can have?
Windsor Hills Resort limits the number of cars per reservation to 3 cars.

Nice sized house. Had a minor issue when we arrived and they sent a handyman out immediately to fix it. Very comfortable stay and great communication from the host.

Check-in was not as smooth as I would have liked as the code that I was given to enter the house did not work. I tried to message the person that had been in communication with me and received no answer. Luckily, I tried a couple of the numbers provided on Vrbo and the owner called me back and gave me his code to enter. Plenty of room in this well appointed home. There are five bedrooms on the top floor and one bedroom on the main floor, which we did not use. The master bedroom upstairs has a huge washroom and there is a second master bedroom with its own en suite as well. The other three rooms upstairs share a bathroom, but there is definitely plenty of room for everyone. The main floor bedroom has its own bathroom as well. I loved most things about this place. I feel like the kitchen could use a little bit of updating as the kitchen table was water damaged and it didn’t make having breakfast at that table very inviting. There was a games room which kept the two year-old in our group a little entertained so that was a help. I can see older kids enjoying this even more. It’s important for guests to note that there aren’t a lot of supplies in the house so obviously anything you need for cooking including salt, oil, etc. must be purchased and brought with you, but there was also no dish soap and only 1 garbage bag and you are required to empty out the garbage daily. You have your own pool, but we did not use it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there.

This was the perfect home for my family! Kids enjoyed the game room and the pool was wonderful! Great decision with having a tv to enjoy by the pool. Pictures and details about this was very accurate.

Good stay and location but needs better maintenance

Location and proximity to Disney were great. The neighborhood was also nice. The house itself was spacious and everything the pictures show. However, we dealt with air circulation issues upstairs and the fans in the kids’ rooms were not functional. Some wood trim pieces also fell off the stairs when we walked on them which created a hazard. A toilet handle also fell off when it was used. I messaged the property manager about these items but never received a response. Keith told me to call but I elected to let these items go since our stay was short. Keith is the contact and he was very responsive and helpful to work with. The game room is very nice and a nice touch for kids. The kitchen and dining rooms provide plenty of space. The pool and patio areas are great too. The distribution of items for use during your stay is a bit skimpy and dare I say, stingy. You will have to go buy necessary items as they only provide 1 of an item (ex: 1 dishwasher pod, paper towel roll, etc). Also, there is no grill and you can only rent one for a surcharge. But that is the difference between dealing with a company vs an individual owner. All in all, I would not stay here again and would look for accommodations with individual owners.

The property was beautiful. It was as pictured. We never saw the game room though and the pool was dirty. I called the management company and also reported it to the person we booked this with and nothing was done nor did we get a return call. We were never able to use the pool during our stay. Elements from the pool cover were floating in the pool as well as leaves and trash. The main point of renting this house was the pool which our granddaughter was unable to enjoy.

Great Location

The house was amazing! My kids loved the Harry Potter and Mickey Mouse decor! It was conveniently located to the parks and stores that we wanted to visit. I will definitely stay here again when we come back!

Great house!

Keith was very quick to respond to any issues. We had a few things that popped up but were addressed. Overall, the house was very clean and updated! Loved the decor, paint, updated bathrooms. The pool view was obstructed by some current building but I’m sure by next year it will look nicer once completed. We love Windsor hills and will definitely consider staying here again. The game room was perfect for our small kids and was a huge hit!

Great House Location

We stayed at this property with 6 adults and 5 children (between 2 - 10) and this house provided so much space for our group. The whole family loved the pool and hot tub (I’d recommend paying for the heat as we did). It was nice to have tvs in each room for the variety of shows everyone wanted to watch. The water park was an added bonus. As they mention, only a starter amount of essentials are provided but Walmart is right down the street. Super close to all local attractions, dining options, and about 1 hour from beach & Cape Canaveral. The host provided great instructions for checking in making it a breeze. The only thing I noticed about the home was it may have not been vacuumed before our stay as my 2 year old while crawling on the ground in the upstairs master bedroom found a random pill, applesauce lids, and socks under the bed. Other than that the house was very clean and stocked with essentials. Our family would definitely return and recommend this home to others.

Family Vacation

Our family loved the house and our stay was everything we hoped it would be. When a family group of ten stays in one house for over a week, it’s easy to think that we’d be in each other’s way now and then but that was not the case at all. The house was roomy and very well equipped providing lots of space and plenty of activities while we were home. Windsor hills has a very nice recreation area that we were able to enjoy as well. All in all, we had a great time and would definitely return should our Future plans include the Orlando area.

Dissapointing and Poor Resolutions of Issues

The games room basketball game failed to work the entire time we were there. Had to call property maintenance twice and still not resolved. The dryer didn’t work properly the entire stay. Maintenance came and went and still was not functioning properly. The dryer would turn on but then stop randomly so we were forced to babysit the dryer and laundry during our entire stay. Ceiling fan in a bedroom wasn’t working and was I repaired during the stay. After repeated requests to speak to host via the property manager not response. I even emailed the host regarding these issues ans no response. At first I thought it could be my emails were not going through but when we requested a late checkout the host responded saying it was was possible (understandable). But why were our other issues not addressed. Poorly managed by host. Would not recommend

Great Home Away from Home

The house was very well appointed and extremely clean. It is reasonably close to area attractions, and the neighborhood is beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay and will likely book here again in the future. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to visit parks and the area, but be away from the craziness of WDW. The game room was a nice touch that the kids really liked.
