Townhome is located in a gated community in the Fort Myers Health park area. This one of the safest area with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. 10 mins from Ft Myers Beach and night life - Doc Fords, Yucatan, Lighthouse Tike bar

All Brand new furniture in every room, all bedding, kitchen utensils are brand new. The home is Ready to Move in. Fully setup for luxury living.
