The 3 bedrooms in the house are all furnished with quality and comfortable cotton bedding. They are also bright and airy, thanks to their large windows that also offer lush views of the tropical surroundings.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, ample closet space, en-suite bathroom, smart TV, plenty of natural light and a door leading outside. This bedroom is located in the back of the house, down the hall.
Bedroom 2: Features a queen bed overlooking the yard, and includes double glass doors leading outside. This bedroom is also located in the back of the house, down the hall bedside the master bedroom.
Bedroom 3: The third bedroom with a queen bed provides lots of light as well, and has ample space to set up the provided travel crib (Pack n' Play). This bedroom is located toward the front of the house.

--BATHROOMS--
This home away from home has 2 full bathrooms, ensuring everyone has the privacy they need - there will be no waiting to take care of business.

Bathroom 1: The en-suite master bath features a shower, ample counter space, and a large sink.
Bathroom 2: The second full bath comes to the rescue when the other bathroom is occupied, and offers a bathtub and a sink.

You're at home, so make use of the provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, hair dryers and towels. No need to stress over forgotten toiletries, and if you need to do some laundry, feel free to use the washer and dryer, and provided laundry detergent pods and dryer sheets.

--KITCHEN--
Well equipped and ready to facilitate anything from a quick breakfast to an elaborate dinner feast, complete with modern appliances. Take your pick between the timeless French press or the conventional coffee maker, complete with complimentary coffee grounds to kick-start your day with a dose of caffeine.

The ample counter space will allow the whole family to join in on the cooking fun! Appliances include a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, toaster, blender, kettle and coffee maker.

Other Information:
Couch - The sectional couch doubles as an additional sleeping space, and is large enough to accommodate most individuals. Linens are located in the master bedroom closet.

Queen Air Bed - For guests who have a group of 8 individuals, a Queen sized air mattress is provided and located in master bedroom closet. The air bed will not come inflated, you will have to inflate it yourself utilizing the built-in electric pump - no manual pumping is necessary. The appropriate area to inflate this air bed will be in the living room -- you will need to carefully move the coffee table in the living room out of the way to make room for it.

BBQ - Please note that propane gas is not provided. The propane tank can be easily filled at the nearest Publix (4 min drive).

Entertainment - WiFi, High-Definition Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and other streaming services are pre-installed. Please note - access to these streaming services are not provided, you will have to log-in using your own account.

Laundry - App-operated paid washer and dryer are located outside in the utility room behind the master bedroom. Tide pods and dryer sheets are provided. Please note that the laundry facility is shared with the unit next door.

*Complimentary coffee, salt & pepper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.

**For large group reservations, please make sure that you carefully read the above details and are okay with the sleeping arrangements. Only three real beds are being provided. Beyond 6 people, the remaining 2 guests can choose to either sleep on the couch or the queen air bed. If a reservation is placed for 8 guests, it's definitely doable, but you may feel crammed! Also keep in mind there are 2 bathrooms. Please understand and acknowledge the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.

The closet in Bedroom 1 (master bedroom) is utilized to store extra linens and pillows in case the living area is to be utilized as a sleeping area. Guests will have access to this space as it doubles as your closet space, but keep in mind it may be a bit crammed.

The premises are equipped with noise monitoring devices and exterior security cameras. Cameras are not monitored for guest safety in any way and should not be relied on by guests for personal security or security of their belongings. Cameras may be used to enforce and verify compliance with rental policies.

As much as we love all animals, our space is not suitable for pets of any kind. We understand that this may eliminate our home from your search, but we want to be as transparent as possible to alleviate any stress this may cause.
