My professional cleaning crew provides me with detailed photographs and videos of Jonathan’s house after every cleaning to ensure you arrive in a welcoming clean and safe environment.

Cameras & Security
There are NO cameras inside the home or in the backyard / pool area. However, there is a camera on the front door and the sides of the house. This is strictly for security purposes and recommended by the Fort Lauderdale Police to protect the property and our guests from unwanted intruders and damages. Under no circumstances are these cameras to be touched or covered in any way.

TVs on this property are smart so you'll be able to log into your favorite streaming apps including those for broadcast TV. There is no cable TV. If you want to watch a game or any live channel, you’ll need to watch it on your own device. If you have an Apple device (iPhone iPad) you’ll be able to stream to the TV. You'll be able to log into any streaming app for which you have an account. We don’t provide streaming app accounts.

Very beaitiful home to stay in fantastic location, We felt very welcomed, the house was spotless, relaxing, big, and the host responded very quickly whenever we had a question! First Ft. Lauderdale vacation

This property is an actual gem! Staples for a home were provided to last our entire stay saving us a lot of time. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as convenient and comfortable as possible. They even provided our girls with little surprises and a few surprises for the adults to. Wonderful getaway place!

We had a fantastic weekend here! Very close to FLL airport and the cruise terminal, which was handy since we didn’t have much time in Ft Lauderdale. The house is really nice and laid out well. I really loved the large, jetted soaking tub in the master bedroom. The mattress and bedding were super comfy and we slept very well. The pool is beautiful! I loved how it’s laid out in and it’s really smart having access to a bathroom from the pool. I appreciated having spices and cooking spray as well as common cleaning products! So much better than trying to remember to buy every single thing that is typically at hand to cook. My husband appreciated the smart TVs and being able to log in to our accounts easily. Host was great; offering plenty of help and communication (but never intrusive, he’s really great).

Just Amazing

Stayed over Christmas with my family with two kids and my mom. The pictures don't do this place justice, it is far nicer and larger than the pictures convey. The beds and couch are really comfortable, ample bathrooms and the kitchen is great if you want to cook. Everything necessary and more was supplied. The house is in a super quiet area a short drive to the beach or downtown FLL. The backyard and pool area was secluded and peaceful. The owner is also great to work with and super involved. There was an AC issue that the owner noted prior to our check in, he communicated it and had it resolved shortly after we checked in. Just overall perfect this was the best vacation rental experiences I've had

Great layout and private back yard

The home is a single floor and well laid out. The primary suit and bed was very comfortable and I was told the other beds in the home made for a great night sleep as well. The yard was filled with mature vegitation and was private and easily accessible from the home. However the home was not stocked well for example there were 5 adults for a week and 2 pods for the dishwasher, 1 roll of paper towel and two bathroom soap dispensers for hand soap were close to empty but these were small things at the end of it all. However, the fact there was a hot tub advertised and NO hot tub was a bigger disappointment. Overall it’s the people that make the vacation and we had a relaxing stay

The best time!

We had a wonderful stay at Jonathan’s place in FLL! The location is so close to everything we did and just a quick Uber to everything. His house is wonderful and just what we wanted for my sisters bachelorette party! The pool is a huge perk!! Jonathan is super easy to work with as well as Sarah! They were so great the entire trip! Great place

Jonathan called the day of check in to ensure we had directions, etc. Everything was perfect. Family relaxed around the pool in the evening and house was well equipped. We arrived 30 min early as we drove up from Key West. We met Sarah, the most delightful person who does housekeeping. House Clean, convenient to restaurants. I will return. Jonathan's pride in being the best host is evident. Nice touches like bottled water, starter coffee pods, fluffy towels and bed linen were provided. Pool clean and warm. There was gas grill but we were only there 1 night. A must stay!!!

Home away from Home!

My wife and I Loved our stay in the home! Jonathan was very accomadating and flexible..At our request, he let us check in early and check out late. We cant say enough about how much we enjoyed the experience, from the private pool, spacious master bedroom, bathroom with jacuzzi tub and large walk in shower, and very spacious walk in closet, and all updated appliances. We even utilized the concierge service so that we had a stocked kitchen and refrigerator when we arrived, highly suggest this! We Loved it so much we even talked about moving down and living in the home! If you get to southern Florida and need a home to stay in, this is the best we have ever had the pleasure of being in! .

Hello, and thank you for visiting our home today! We would like to take a moment to share our story with you about how we came to offer you an exceptional stay and provide you and your family everything we believe would make your stay very pleasurable, memorable and confident you will come back. Probably like you, we have travelled to many places and stayed in many Airbnb’s. Along the Airbnb journey, we always said, “if I ever owned an Airbnb, I would have this or that available to guests…or add this as a convenience or I definitely would not do that…etc.” In Fact, 90% of the homes we stayed at, the information that was described in the listing was…let’s just say not entirely accurate or we should have been given more information before we committed. For example, we booked a place in New Orleans and quickly found out that we were staying in a very bad and unsafe neighborhood and had to find another place to stay the same night we arrived! On another trip, we stayed in the coffee capital of the world, Colombia…and the hosts did not even have coffee or even maker in the house! We visited San Juan Puerto Rico and the shower was so small I had to crouch underneath the shower head just to get wet. (I’m only 5’10”) Could you imagine staying at an Airbnb and there wasn’t even a bottle of water available upon arrival? I think you would agree that there are few things worse than having your expectations high then getting disappointed by bad or deceptive information. Our promise to you is simple. Everything we write, the pictures we take and the information we provide are 100% accurate and true. In other words, what you see is what you get…and more!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

My personal "must haves, and non negotiables" of owning a home as an Airbnb were to be as close to the beach as possible (less than 5 minutes), minimum of 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a pool. Our home had to be as comfortable as possible, it had to be exactly as if I were staying there. Privacy was mandatory. With the high palm trees and bushes, you get all the privacy you need. Excellent restaurants, adult and kids activities and night life. Check, check and check!
