Direct oceanfront 3rd floor 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo w outdoor patio. Sleeps up to 6.
Bedroom has 2 king size beds. Sleeper Sofa in Living Room. Large TVs in bedroom & living room. Kitchen has tableware, silverware and ample pots/pans/utensils and small appliances (Keurig, micro, large toaster oven, blender). Coin laundry available on same floor, near the elevators.
NO pets / NO smoking – monitored & fines imposed.
Pools/hot tub/sauna/fitness room currently closed for construction. Nightly rates already reduced to reflect this. 1 Outdoor Pool is set to be open in mid- October 2025, indoor pool & fitness room on track to be open by November 2025. Beach access is currently from the parking lot directly adjacent to our building.

Location was great, condo clean. Pool under construction so a bit of a walk to the pool. Washer and dryer were not up to par.

Great Ocean View

The property was as described in the listing. Even though it was a little chilly, the sun shining on the deck and a cup of coffee made for a nice morning. Communication with the owner was easy and responses were very quick. I would stay here again!

Clean and quiet!

Our condo was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Views from our balcony were beautiful. The property itself has had a tremendous amount of damage due to the hurricane but is understandable. Would definitely return!

The condo was fine with balcony overlooking the Atlantic. The pool area and seawall were in disrepair. Complex needs attention.

Chillin at the Beach

Typical beach front condo. Some kitchen items provided but bring extra basics (kitchen towel, paper towel, soap). Small cooking area with 2 extra burner cooktop to add to countertop if needed. Pans are slightly warped making hard to heat evenly. Bed comfortable. 2. Chairs on balcony. Neighbors are also rental so people come and go.

Great Experience

My stay started out rocky due to the resort being remodeled and I was unaware that pools and resort amenities being limited. But me and my family made the best of it and enjoyed ourselves. Host was very pleasant and very helpful. I would definitely book when resort is done remodeling.

It all started with a vacation to Daytona Beach and we were hooked. Now we are happy to own and share this condo for you to stay at and enjoy beautiful Daytona Beach, FL.
I work full time, am a wife to my wonderful & support husband and mother of 2 very active teenage boys. I love cheering them on at their sporting events and spend all my free time at the grocery store & in the kitchen, trying to keep the hungry boys fed!
