Great place! The most beautiful wrap around view of the ocean. I was able to communicate with the host easily. Everything was well thought out we didn’t need to bother him. Only negative is the pool is pretty small for the size of the building. It was crowded most of the time.

Very spacious condo with spectacular ocean views.

We had a great time in our week long family vacation. Loved the amount of space we had and the ocean views from through out the main living area. Location is very good with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

Graduation trip

Great property! Host was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. Very roomy and location is great for us. We love the pool and beach access from this condo. We definitely will be staying again.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful vacation and we loved the location of the condo. It was very accommodating for what we needed. The owner was very helpful and was available whenever needed anything. I would highly recommended this property!

Fantastic vacation!

The property was very beautiful and well kept. We had some issues with the construction however, the host went above and beyond to take care of us! First time to Daytona but thanks to the host and the property definitely will not be the last! Highly recommend this property!

Great Location!

Everything was as described in the listing. Eric reached out several times to make sure everything was going well. The condo was clean, with ample seating. We loved the location of the condo and will be back!

Amazing views!

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! Our condo had so much room. The owner was so very helpful and was very fast at replying! He was very informative and even called when when got checked in to see how everything was! Very personal, which I loved!

Beautiful condo!

Eric was fantastic! We went right after Milton came through and Eric was very up front of any damage. However, we were not aware that the balcony was being worked on and every morning around 7:30AM, there were people right outside making a lot of noise. Other than that, it was wonderful.

BEAUTIFUL JUST LIKE THE PICTURES :)

We had such a wonderful family vacation on this trip! Thank you for having this beautiful property and for all the “extras”! First of all, the property looks just like the pictures! It overlooks the beach and you can see the ocean from everywhere in the main room AND the master bedroom! The property was really nicely accommodated with full kitchen including anything you need to have a relaxing stay! The property is also very secure and quiet, and in a key central location! We will definitely be back and I recommend if it is available BOOK IT :)

We love staying at Horizons in Daytona beach. This unit was fantastic! We enjoyed being on the 3rd floor with easy access to the stairs and a great beach view! Eric was extremely helpful in providing details and answering questions before our arrival. He also made sure to check in a couple of times to make sure we were all set and enjoying the unit. There is a washer and dryer in unit which is always helpful with kids at the beach for a week. Eric had chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and beach toys to borrow. We had everything we needed and would definitely stay here again. Comfortable seating in the living room - we watched several movies and beds were comfy too. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo

Great communication from owner. Property not quite finished being cleaned by check in but both owner and housekeeping explained why and apologized. Previous tenants left condo in bad shape and they wanted to make sure everything was good for our stay. They did let us bring our refrigerated items in while they finished and we just went and hung out on the beach for a little bit. I explained that there were no issues on my end and appreciated the fact that they didn't want to half a.. the cleaning. The condo was beautiful. Views were better than expected for being on 3rd floor. We are used to 5th floor or above. Kitchen was fully stocked. Would've liked to have had a larger bowl and skillet but we made everything work for our family. Overall, I would definitely stay in this condo again. We absolutely love the family feel at the Horizons and Eric was a great host!

This is our second stay at this property. The unit is spacious enough for my family of 7. The kitchen has everything a family needs to prepair a meal. The garage has everything you need for a day on the beach, umbrellas, beach chairs, and sandtoys for the kids. Eric, the owner, was great with communication and responded very quickly with any concerns that we had. I would highly recommend for anyone to stay at this property.

Excellent condo

The only downside of this property is parking if you have multiple vehicles. Condo was very clean, owner was very nice and checked in occasionally, and location was near a lot of good food and fun things to do.
