My wife and I stayed here for two months (mid-February to mid-April) to escape from our wintry Wisconsin weather. We feel fortunate to have found this beautifully decorated rental. It is a wonderful property located in a pleasant and quiet neighborhood. The outdoor space was especially nice and we enjoyed watching the foliage, especially the Chinaberry trees, blossom and fill out during the course of our stay.
We felt very safe walking in the neighborhood and liked that five blocks north or south was access to many good restaurants as well as other shops and businesses. Again, very walkable. As a bicyclist, I especially liked that I was close enough to the Loop bike path to bike there from the house on a dedicated route with bike crossings on the major streets. Location matters, and besides being able to walk to many destinations, we found it easy to get to all of the tourist attractions we wanted to see in Tucson and the surrounding area.
As stated in other reviews and certainly echoed by us, Eric and Julie were gracious and friendly hosts. They were very responsive to questions and requests we had (which was not often since the house was well supplied).
We have no hesitation in recommending this property and would certainly stay here again.
