Welcome to Casa Corazón, a warm and inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home just a 10-minute walk from the University of Arizona and popular University Blvd. Perfect for families, friends, or business travelers, this centrally located Tucson home blends modern comfort with classic desert charm.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious open layout with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining areas, and stylish Southwestern touches throughout. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished for a restful stay, and both bathrooms are clean and updated.

Outside, relax in the private backyard, ideal for morning coffee or an evening wind-down.

- Close to downtown, campus events, restaurants, and shops.

- Security: Exterior cameras are installed for your safety. No private areas are monitored.

-Please note that a driveway is shared with Casita Corazón but the backyard area is private for the house.

Beautiful place with all of the amenities! Great location close to campus. Very helpful host. Back yard space is amazing and the kitchen has everything you need. Brandon gave us great recommendations for food as well. Thanks for a great stay!

Such a great property. Cant fault it. You can tell the hosts put alot of effort and thought into making it a enjoyable experience for the guests. Host was also very quick to respond, and helpful with all of our queries. Location is close to the lively areas by the university and eclectic shops on 4th Avenue. And the grocery store is only a few minutes drive away.

Wonderful cozy place in the perfect location! The house is decorated wonderfully and the kitchen was stocked with everything imaginable, except a Keurig :) Beds and bedding were welcoming and comfortable. We enjoyed the perfect December weather while using the outdoor grill and games. Truly couldn't ask for more!

Great place! We all slept really well- comfy beds! Cool portable TVs in the bedrooms! There’s a large outdoor space, including a big table with a covered top that can open and close. They had all the kitchen equipment that you could possibly need, including spices. It’s very nice inside, clean. It’s somewhat of a small house, but perfect for what we needed. (There were three of us). We would absolutely stay here again.

This was the best VRBO I have stayed in in a long time. The decorating is absolutely gorgeous. They didn’t skimp on anything. The beds were very comfortable and the house was so clean. The location is right near the U of A campus. I will definitely book here again.
