You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

✍️ Guest MUST answer all pre-booking questions (even on instant booking) to make sure it's a good fit as well as to help us prepare for your stay.

✍️ Guest MUST provide a matching driver license ID (if profile has zero reviews, bad reviews, is local, and/or one night stay).

- Quiet hours start at 9:00 PM. We don't want to disturb the families nearby.✔️⏰

- All # of guests staying and visiting must be approved as we abide by city occupancy rules. We must obtain a DL or ID from the person making the reservation. This person is in charge of the entire group and is its representation.

- If you're local to the area, we require a message stating this to the host.

- We cannot accept deliveries on your behalf as we lack mailbox or secure receiving facilities. To ensure your items arrive safely and on time, please have them sent to your home address.

**SINK: Please do not throw any solid food or oil in the sink to avoid clogging.

- NO smoking on the premises.

- Check in is at 4pm. There seems to be a glitch on Airbnb where you may be able to select a check in time. Please assume and expect the check in time to be always at 4pm.

- We would love to accommodate all early and late check-out requests, but this isn't possible unfortunately. We ask that you please respect set check-in and check-out times. There's a good chance that someone left the day of your arrival as well as will be checking in on the day of your departure. We need the full amount of time for turnover.

- Once you check out, please make sure to set the AC temperature to 80 degrees. If your stay is from December to February, turn off the A/C.

- Please treat the unit as your home. Fees may be applied if there are any damages.

A decent spot but skip it to avoid Know Your Guest

The place itself was decent and the neighborhood isn't too bad. There were, however, a couple of issues. The internet kept going down throughout the stay. Not sure what was making it so unreliable or if anything can be done to fix that, but I mention it in case someone has to have a stable connection. The pullout sofa did not look safe for someone to sleep on. I would've never noticed had they not sent someone to take pictures of it while we were there. I was pretty thankful that we hadn't been counting on that for someone to sleep. Know Your Guest is awful. The property description has been updated so it's clearer that there are more fees after booking, but I prefer Vrbo specifically to know up front what I'm paying and not be hit with a bunch of random junk fees. Even if you opt for the deposit option, you're stuck paying a fee. I would've cancelled and booked somewhere else immediately had it not been for the fact that I could only get a 50% refund since it was less than a month before my stay.

Bad Experience

NO BLINDS OR DRAPES IN THE KITCHEN SLIDING DOORS PEOPLE NEXT DOOR CAN LOOK IN REFRIGERATOR RUNS ALL THE TIME AC IS RUNNING ALL DAY AND NIGHT CAN HEAR IT WHEN SLEEPING NO BOWLS IN KITCHEN TO BOIL OR COOK NO DISH RACK TO PLACE CLEAN DISHES IN The KEY PAD NEVER WORKED DAN THE MAINTENCE MAN GAVE ME A KEY IT IS LOCATED IN THE COURT YARD UNDER THE LEATHER MAT OF THE FIRST BENCH LIVING ROOM DRAPES TO SHORT LEAVES LIGHT SHINNING IN ON TV ALLEY IN BACK OF COMPLEX TRASH ALL OVER MATRESSES LAYING IN THE ALLEY WOULD NOT FEEL SAFE WALKING AROUND NEIGHBORHOOD AT NIGHT A LOT OF HOMELESS PEOPLE WALKING AROUND WITH GROCERY CARTS NO BLIND OR DRAPES IN SHOWER PEOPLE NEXT DOOR COULD EASILY LEAN OVER WALL AND LOOK IN TV AND INTERNET GOES OUT EVERY OTHER DAY MONDAY OCT 16TH 12:15 PM KEY PAD ON FRONT DOOR NOT WORKING CANNOT GO OUT OCT 16TH 1:25 PM RENTAL COMPANY ASKED ME TO CHECK THE BATTERIES ON THE KEYPAD STILL DOESN’T WORK MAINTENANCE CAME OUT AND CHANGED BATTERTIES DOOR FINALLY WORKED OCT 17TH 9 AM LEFT UNIT AND COULD NOT GET BACK IN KEYCODE WAS DEAD CALLED AND SENT SOMEONE OUT TIO CHANGE BATTERIES BUT THEY NEED A KEY TO OPEN THE KEYPAD.SOMEONE FINNALLY SHOWED UP 4 HOURS LATER TO FIX KEYPAD SO I COULD GET INTO UNIT. OCT 19TH 9 AM KEYPAD STOP WORKING AGAIN FOR THE 4TH TIME
