Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting that you found the house beautiful, cozy, and spacious enough for your group. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the layout and location. We’d like to clarify a few things for future guests: The pool was clean prior to your arrival, but unfortunately, leaves from nearby yard work blew in shortly after. We did send our pool service technician as soon as you reported it. Regarding the stove, it's an induction model and fully operational. When you messaged us referring to the "microwave," we assumed there was a language mix-up, so we sent instructions accordingly. The stove has been used without issue by guests before and after your stay. We didn’t receive any messages during your stay about most of the other issues you mentioned (laundry appliances, lightbulbs, etc.), and we haven’t found any problems with those items since. Had we known, we would have addressed them right away. Lastly, we did reach out to you multiple times via VRBO and never received a reply, so we're unsure how we could have responded more quickly. We truly want every guest to have a great experience, and we’re always happy to assist when we're made aware of an issue. Thanks again for staying with us.
