Cozy house, but needs maintenance
The house is very beautiful and cozy. It is spacious and accommodated our entire group very comfortably. However, it needs maintenance. We noticed that several amenities are broken or poorly maintained. For example, the kitchen stove does not work. It displays the error E9. So, every time we needed to turn the stove off and back on, we had to reset it on the control panel. The kitchen exhaust fan was extremely dirty and disgusting. One of the microwaves in the kitchen also doesn’t work and is broken. We noticed that several light bulbs throughout the house were not working and needed to be replaced. When we arrived, the pool was dirty and full of leaves. Even though we complained, no one came to clean it. In the master suite, the shower mixer doesn’t work. In the laundry room, the washing machine had some kind of issue that caused it to release a greasy substance, which stained almost all the clothes we washed. The dryer was also malfunctioning in almost every program. It took us a while to realize that only one program—Speed Dry—was actually working. It’s a shame that such a beautiful and well-located house is so poorly maintained. When we arrived, the trash bins were already full with garbage left by previous guests. In the outdoor area, one of the barbecue burners was not working, and the built-in stove also didn’t work. If the house gets proper maintenance and issues are fixed, we would definitely stay there again. Finally, owner could respond more rapidly to messages.
