Great stay and great location!

We really enjoyed our stay- great location close to the beach, swimming pool and pickle ball courts. We were right across from a beautiful lake view - our property manager was super helpful and responded quickly to any of our needs or questions. We will stay here again for sure!

Golf Villa

At Seascape for Sun Sand and Soul. Three bedroom golf villa close to the venue. Rented a cart and where set for everything we needed to do and everywhere we needed to go. They even had beach chairs!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had another nice and relaxing stay at Seascape. I did communicate with management early on about a few minor concerns which they rectified in short order. Cleanliness was better than expected and I found basic necessities were provided. The condo itself is fine but could stand some updates...ceiling fans and electrical the primary concerns.

Seascape Escape

Can’t beat this location. View overlooking golf course & water with the Scenic Gulf Drive and walkway in the distance. Generous space and kitchen. A pool is nearby, a golf course on the grounds, pickle ball courts behind your unit and an easy walk to the Seascape Beach. With everything provided, bring yourselves pickup some groceries and you are ready to enjoy. Why Not?

Left a lot to be desired

The 3 bed, 2 bath condo was stock with two bath towels, two rolls of TP and one trash bag. The HVAC would not cool the bedrooms adequately. Numerous outlets were inoperable. The unit did not show its age well, I would not recommend staying in this unit.

Great location for family trip with your dog

Comfortable 1st floor condo. Seating for six at the indoor dining table. We also enjoyed coffee and playing cards at the outdoor table. Plenty of room in the master or 2nd bedroom for a large dog crate. Pickle ball courts and pool steps away. It was a little noisy outdoors when letting the dog out in the evenings or late morning, but we couldn’t hear the pickle ball games inside the unit. Very dog friendly complex. Easy to walk the dog. Pay attention to where the dog waste stations are located. There are two not far from this unit. Kitchen had everything we needed. We like to cook our own breakfasts and most dinners. Only down side was not really having a view of the lake. The golf course has an elevated area right in front of the unit. However the lake view is steps away once you cross the street. You can walk to the beach or drive to the front lot and simply cross the street. We preferred to drive and rinse sand off at the convenient washing area near the lot. This was our third visit to Seascape.
