Convenient 1 BRM/full bath lock out unit in the upscale Kennakeet Shores community minutes to the beach. This newly furnished bedroom is equipped with modern hotel amenities, washer/drier and has an access to the 2nd floor deck to seat and chill with a glass of wine or just people watch. Sleep comfortably together or separately on one of the two new FULL size beds. An outdoor gas grill under the deck and outdoor shower with hot water just steps from the entrance. Ideal for offseason watersport lovers or fishermen. Complimentary access to community pool and tennis courts.
This is NOT a shared space, no other guests in the house during your stay, you will merely not have the access to the upstairs part of the house. Complimentary coffee/tea provided, but bring your own disposable plates, cups and flatware; or can get those at the Food Lion next door.
Come try this better than a local motel alternative!

Perfect for what we needed!A quick in and out with minimal time spent in our room. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and met our expectations.I was able to use the small desk and chair for a work meeting. We also used the refrigerator for beverages.We spent a few hours at the top of the steps relaxing on deck chairs. The host responded promptly to messages and we had no issues. Great central location! We also spent some time at the pool and found it to be large, clean and well-maintained.

This is just a bedroom with a bathroom. There is no kitchen. We realized that after we had booked. The kitchen photo is clear. It is merely and microwave, coffee maker, kettle and a fridge. The bedroom and bathroom were quite clean, until we found half a cigarette under a bed, yuck. The location is very peaceful. I do not think this was good value.

It would have been nice to have a broom, since we were at the beach and there is a lot of sand. That would have helped us keep the room a lot cleaner. Also if the room had a trash can that would have been nice. Overall we enjoyed staying at the property.
