This 2 bedroom, 2 level, non-smoking condo is just steps from the slopes at Hunter Mountain. Fully renovated with a full kitchen, new appliances, washer & dryer, oak hardwood floors, and 2.5 baths. 2 bedrooms upstairs and pull-out couch on ground level offer sleeping accommodations for up to 6 people. There is a private ski on / ski off entrance just steps away. Hunter is part of Vail Resorts and participates in the Epic pass and home to US’s longest and fastest Zipline. Great hikes, fishing, & biking in summer.

The space:
This 1510 square foot condo offers gorgeous mountain views right from your breakfast table and outdoor deck, and you’ll relax by the fireplace after a long day on the slopes. Located in Hunter Trailside, it’s just a half-mile drive to the Hunter Mountain Lodge. You can walk on to the mountain through a private entrance just steps from the front door.

Perfect for families or couples, this condo offers everything you need for a memorable and comfortable vacation in the Catskills.

Three minute walk to slopes. Well equipped. Clean. Plenty of towels and linens. Had to reset the water heater each morning,, but not a big deal.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy Catskill home. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of downtown Catskill, making it easy to reach all the main attractions, restaurants, shops, and scenic spots like Kaaterskill Falls and Hunter Mountain. The house was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The host was kind, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly during our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Catskills — perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and good energy!

Fantastic spot to hit the slopes!

This was a perfect location to walk right on the slopes at Hunter. Daniel was very accommodating and made sure every step from check in to check out was very smooth. Beautiful condo with all the amenities. Thanks again for making our trip fantastic!

This condo was cozy, comfortable and steps away from the slopes. We had an excellent Super Bowl weekend there with our teenage sons. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to make all of our favorite game day snacks. There are plenty of extra linens, towels, blankets and pillows.

Close to ski in/out. Nice Property

Easy walk to the slopes (5 min). Closer to the smaller "easier" side of the mountain. Clean property. Good snow removal and parking. Good communication with host throughout.

Great cabin, fantastic access to slopes

This was the perfect place for our family. It's about a 10 min walk from the edge of the learning slopes (15 min from the learning center) - gave our teenagers the independence to ski and stop anytime, they loved the freedom... sleep in, ski late. The condo is cozy, fireplace is a great touch. We'll definitely be back!

Our family has has lived in New York city for 15 years and as much as we love the hustle and bustle of the city we were looking for an escape. This condo in the Catskills has been our perfect mountain retreat and we have loved enjoying ourselves as well as hosting guests since we bought it. We love hearing all the great stories and feedback from our guests.

The condo is a quick 2 - 2 1/2 hour drive from the city. The condo is set in a very tranquil, scenic, and beautiful part of the Catskills. However the town still has all the modern conveniences you would want in a getaway including restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc..

The proximity to Hunter Mountain can't be beat. The location has endless outdoor activities year round including skiing, hiking, fishing, biking, etc..
