Hosted by Thunderdog Properties, this 2B/1Ba, newly renovated unit is designed to be the perfect housing for medical providers, digital nomads or other traveling professionals. 2 queen beds, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable work space with Google Fiber. Smart TV, digital lock at each entry to the unit. This unit has a large deck off one of the bedrooms. Bedrooms equipped with white/pink/brown noise machines and blackout curtains. In-unit combination washer/dryer, dishwasher. Monthly housekeeping included. Additional cleaning optional.Cameras at the front porch, front door, and both sides of the home record for guest security.

Ideal location, walking distance to Westport and close to the Plaza. St Lukes, Kansas City Vet Center, University Of Kansas Hospital, Children's Mercy Hospital and Truman Medical Center Hospital Hill are all within a three miles of the house. Outfitted specifically for professionals who are visiting the city for 1 or more months, each unit in this triplex is furnished to ideally accommodate traveling professionals, including those who work swing and night shifts. We welcome pets with additional security deposit, cleaning fee and pet rent.
