Stylish, Historic Getaway 2 Blocks from Waterfront

Be one of the first to set foot on this new renovation of a cool space in one of Bellefonte’s most historic downtown buildings.
This second floor apartment is central to absolutely everything and an easy 13 minute drive to the stadium—one block from Main Street.
The building is featured on Bellefonte’s Historic Walking Tour…(It’s old so it’s not perfect looking and new.)

There is ONSITE PARKING for 1 car right in front of the building plus free parking on the street on evenings and Sundays for other cars

Premium mattresses, Comforters, sheets, and pillows plus towels and toiletries provided
Bedroom 1 has a Queen Bed
Bedroom 2 has 2 Twins
I can also add a high end inflatable bed in the living room.
KEURIG with Latte option
Roku TV and YouTubeTV TV with Disney, Apple TV, Hulu, etc
Pets upon pre-approval. 50.00 fee per stay per pet.

Nice apartment !

Apartment is clean and nicely decorated!! I Beds are super comfortable. The only suggestion would be to put ceiling fans or even regular fans to circulate the air around in the bedrooms

Conveniently located quaint apartment with all the amenities needed. Great communication with owner. Would recommend!!!

A hotel level stay in a historical building

I was pleasantly surprised to find shampoo, conditioner, body wash, make-up wipes, a hair dryer, numerous blankets and pillows. The kitchen was fully stocked with coffee, cooking oil, plates, cups, silverware and more. The apartment is conveniently located. We could walk almost everywhere we needed. The couch and beds were very comfy. The building is a little difficult to find in the dark, but once you find it it's very convenient to get in and out. We had no problem with parking. We had one minor issue with the electrical as it is an old building. It was fixed in less than 5 minutes. We will stay again!

Everything about this stay was perfect! The place was amazing. The host was communicative before, during and after. We will definitely stay here again.
