Everything about this property is amazing! We were visiting AZ for Family Weekend at ASU and wanted to give our freshman a home away from home for the weekend and this place did not disappoint! Beautiful house, tons of room, very helpful and friendly host, and the location to restaurants and the campus made this a perfect weekend. I would highly recommend this VRBO

Great home in a great location!

This is a great home in the heart of Southeast Gilbert! The pool, location, house, amenities are awesome! The beds were VERY comfortable, perfect for a family! The hosts are very responsive, and it is very easy to check in/out.

Clean and exactly as pictured!

The house made for a fun night away from the kids with a few friends. The place is sparkling clean, plenty large for a much bigger group than we had, and the pool made for an amazing stay!

Perfect for a big group

We were in the area for a weekend soccer event. With three famlies it gave the best amount of space inside and out. Within miles of all the shops you will need. Thank you to the host.

Property was clean, spacious and well furnished/equipped to handle our stay. The location was very good for places we wanted to visit. & found some real nice places to eat. Our only disappointment was that the weather was too cool to use the pool.

Wow!

Could not have been happier with our stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Conveniently located near shopping, grocery stores, restaurants. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet, enjoyed my morning walks in the area. We really enjoyed the Gilbert area, and when we return will try to book this place again.

Just like home...

We enjoyed our stay, comfortable beds and room for everyone to have their personal space. We had fun in the pool, used the kitchen table for games, and light use of the kitchen. Nothing unexpected, followed the description just as we expected everything would be. Thanks for the perfect accommodations!

Our Grandson's Weddiñg

We came with a daughter and son and their spouses. Your lovely, spacious and weĺl-appointed home is conveniently close to the homes of two of our other children and their families, so in addition to attending our grandson's wedding in the Gilbert temple and following receptions, we had a wonderful time with family just visiting, eating, and playing in and by the pool. We hope to do the same when the next grandķid marries. Thank you.

Perfect spot for families

Very large home in a great neighborhood (playground across the street, larger park area down the street), fully stocked with backyard toys for the kids and smaller toys, legos, etc for indoor play. They even provide the equipment to take advantage of the nearby tennis, pickleball, sand volleyball and basketball courts. The gym equipment is in good condition and we didn’t have to miss a workout on vacation. Home is well represented in the pics provided. It is just lived in enough (minimal scratched trim, some malfunctioning blinds) that you don’t feel your kids can’t be kids. The only bummer is it was a hot week, but came after mild weather so the pool was freezing, so the kids didn’t want to spend as much time in it as they normally would have. Otherwise, it was absolutely perfect for us, the host always responded quickly when I had quick questions, and my whole family wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

We had a great stay at this home and would book it again. As we drove into the neighborhood, it was upscale and clearly well cared for, which made it easy to relax from the moment we neared our destination.The house itself was modern and thoughtfully furnished throughout, so it felt comfortable right away. The pool was a highlight for us — we spent hours out there during our stay and it was kept in beautiful condition.BJ was great to work with from our initial VRBO contact through check out day. He was flexible with an early check-in, which we really appreciated, and he answered every question quickly, usually within just a couple of hours. His instructions for parking, getting settled in to the home, connecting to the wi-fi, and using the pool amenities were all clear and easy to follow. As an added bonus, AJ’s, our favorite Phoenix-area grocery store, was just a short drive away, which made stocking up for the stay simple. There are also multiple restaurants nearby. This home is officially on our list for future trips to the Phoenix area. We highly recommend staying here!One small heads-up: The TVs in the home don’t pick up the local network channels like ABC, CBS, or NBC. Instead, it runs on an OnDemand-style interface where you log into your streaming apps like Netflix or Hulu using your personal security credentials. This was a new setup for us — we hadn’t come across it at an Airbnb before — and we hadn’t brought our streaming logins with us on the trip.

My wife Alexis and I loved living in Arizona and all five of our children were born here. In 2023 we made the big decision to move to Tennessee for work and we love letting others enjoy our home as we did along with all the amazing benefits that living in Gilbert, Arizona provides.

We wanted to find a neighborhood that our family could enjoy that had nice wide streets and sidewalks for our morning runs as well as parks at every turn. We love our neighbors and consider ourselves lucky to have had our children grow up in this area.

Over the years we have added features like the hot tub and continually upgraded features like the appliances and EV chargers and the gym in the garage so that when we visit, we lack for nothing and in turn our guests can also enjoy all that this home has to offer
