We came down for a friend's wedding. Stayed here 9 days. Great house to come back to and relax in the pool. 15 minutes away from some of the best beaches on the coast. They had a nice beach cart with an umbrella and chairs to use. Very convenient. 5 out ot 5 recommend.

Relaxed

We were in town working on a remodel job and coming home to this house was perfectly relaxing to come back to at the end of the day. It was clean and comfortable and pool was a much needed addition.

Good place to stay

Stayed here. Everything as listed. So nice to have pool. Clean. Well appointed. Only complaint is having to go through website to contact anyone. Would rent again.

Okay stay

Location was convenient. Check in was easy. Received several messages about check out during stay. Didn’t care for the constant notification for additional charges if late on check out and the check out needs. “ start laundry, sweep before leaving and be sure dishwasher and fridge are empty.

The property was nice. Plenty of room in the house and in the screened in pool area. The house was generally clean. There were some small cobwebs in the corners and dust on some tables and shelves. The pool was generally clean, but we had to scoop out some bugs and other black debris. The pool company arrived on Friday and they cleaned it decently.

Good shape, well-equipped, lovely pool. Convenient to the lovely Anna Maria beaches as long as you beat the late morning traffic.

Great quiet get away

Definitely nestled in a small neighborhood but this house has everything you could need for a wonderful family vacation. We had an amazing clean pool, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a clean home to come back to every night. Short drive to many boat ramps, bays , and beaches. Definitely would return.

Great rental!

It was a very nice rental property! I enjoyed that it was only about a 10 minute drive to the beach! In town , but not quite in the center of town! Very relaxing, quite stay!

Perfect Vacation Home

The house was as described in the listing. It was very clean and had everything needed other than food if you plan on cooking in. There is a garage that is for guest use, with automatic garage door opener. It is very close to shopping, restaurants, activities, and the beach. The large pool was a nice way to start and end the day. The covered porch with tv and Alexa to listen to music while outside was an unexpected bonus. Over all, the property was perfect and we would definitely stay here again.

Beach house

We had an overall great time at this house. It was clean and exactly as listed. The pool was wonderful to have. The only complaint is the beds are not very comfortable. My daughter even complained about how uncomfortable the twin beds are and she can sleep on anything.

Great house

It was a super nice house…and very clean. We didn’t run into any issues. It’s about a 20 minutes ride to the beach which wasn’t bad and close to alot of food places. Definitely recommend

Nice Property!

We enjoyed our stay! All of the instructions were clear, concise, and easy to follow regarding entry into the property and care of the pool. The house was in a great neighborhood, close to everything we wanted to do. The kitchen was supplied very well, enough that you could cook just about anything you wanted to. The only thing I wished was included was paper products (paper towels and toilet paper). It is probably an oversight on my part for not reading the fine lines, but when you rent a house for a week, I think it would be nice to have a few extra rolls of toilet paper on hand! I put four stars on the cleanliness of the property, only because it wasn’t up to my standards, which are very high (just ask my husband haha). I felt like the house could use a deep cleaning, but that would just be my personal preference. I definitely would rent the house again, and would recommend it to others!

Family Together

Nice quiet neighborhood but with everything nearby. We drove to Bradenton Beach or Lido Beach every morning. Pool supplied great entertainment. Pool couple came twice the week. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was great. Enjoyed “Alexa.” She gave us music at the pool. We used the grill several times. Thank you so much for allowing us a wonderful week.

Perfect place for our girls trip!

We came to Florida so my 96 yr old (almost 97) grandma could visit her 95 yr old sister. We the house was perfect for all the health needs and physical requirements for all the elderly women. There was a groups of 6, plus the 95 yr old that came to visit, all 52 and above. The house was so cute and the pool made it perfect! There were lots of beach items in the garage, like the wagon which made my job of getting everything to the beach much easier. 15 mins to the beach, go early or it’s crowded. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. We would recommend this house and would come stay again when we come back!

A lovely house and pool

We found the wine opener broken and can opener not useable and replaced those as well as adding a sharp knife for cooking. Bought a Melitta pot to drip coffee as Mr. Coffee old and not to our taste. Ice Maker not working in very nice fridge. So we added two ice trays which did the trick. Heat not working, but tech came right away. All in all lovely place and adequate towels, dishes, bedding etc. If we were to stay again, must have recycling. It is available in the neighborhood. We will not stay where there is no recycling. Pool guy there regularly , Pool is great as long as it is heated. Should be included.

Yellow Pool Haus

What a lovely home and property. We have stayed before. Only a few issues of concern: 1. House keeping was considerably lacking. Nothing was dusted. The lamps and shades, anything wood, all very dusty. The second bath shower head is loose and leaks but there were no tools available. NONE of the windows were locked or secured. They were wide open and anyone could have come through them. I don’t think the housekeepers knew how to lock them after cleaning. There is no oversight as to the things people leave behind and just throw in the garage. I am sure the owners do not realize and are relying on the house keepers to communicated Lastly, the communication response time with sun coast vacations is poor to say the least. They discourage any other routes accept through them and discourage phone calls. The trouble is they take 3 days to respond! The house is well laid out, nicely decorated with great beds. The pool and area outside is fantastic. The pool man came Monday and Thursday to clean and add chemicals. The old fence could be replaced as the neighbors stare through all the cracks and holes.

A Relaxing Summer Vacation

I stayed at this home with my 2 young kids and my high school best friend in late August 2016. The split floor plan was perfect as my kids shared the room with 2 twin beds while I was in the room next to them in a queen bed. We shared the main bathroom. My best friend was on the other side of the house in the master bedroom (king bed) with the master bath. We didn't cook much, but we had just about everything we needed to prepare meals. Consumable items are not stocked, you get one to start and must supply the rest (trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, etc). The air conditioner started acting up on our last night, but with ample ceiling fans we were fine. The main bathroom tub had a slow drain that would make a shower feel like a bath. With the policy that all consumables (including batteries, light bulbs, propane for the grill) are provided by you, I didn't feel the need to splurge on a bottle of draino. There were plenty of bath & pool towels provided, though nothing fancy. If you prefer more lush towels, bring them yourself. The washer & dryer were wonderful, we were able to head home with clean laundry! The electronic keypad entry was great. No need to carry a key around and you can set the code to that of your choice. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool! With the screened in lanai we spent much of our vacation outside and in the pool. My kids were in heaven, able to swim as often as they wanted. With sufficient lanai furniture the adults could relax poolside while keeping an eye on the kids, and serve lunch so the kids' time out of the pool was minimal. The pool guy visits on Wednesdays and if he adds chlorine you must stay out of the water for one hour, not really an inconvenience. For those with young kids, about 1/3 the length of the pool was shallow enough for my 4 & 6 year old to stand. We made use of pool noodles & life jackets so they could safely enjoy the entire pool. There is a Publix grocery store very close by and even closer (walking distance) is a 24/7 Walgreens where you can grab essentials. Downtown Bradenton is less than 10 minutes away and the beach is 10-15 minutes away, depending on traffic. Overall this was a great summer vacation! We would definitely stay here again.
