The best of the Circle City is at your fingertips; from the finest shopping and dining downtown to the Indianapolis Cultural Trail, museums, and the Colts and Pacers, puts you in the middle of all that downtown Indianapolis has to offer.

This is a self-check-in, you can access the building from the main entrance.
All amenities can be used by guests, please be respectful of others while using shared amenities.


Use of Common Amenities:
*Guests must submit a request at least a day or two prior to accessing the common amenities. Your request needs to review and schedule with the building management.
*Maximum of 2 guests at a time per unit can access the common areas such as Fitness Centre, and Business Centre for a max of 2 hours per day. Please observe discipline and respect at all times when using the common amenities to not inconvenience others.
*Unauthorized access or no prior approval is subject to a fine of $100/per person per day.
* Any damage to common amenities will incur a charge of a minimum of $150.
* Only registered guests can use the amenities. No outsiders and visitors are allowed.
* CCTVs and 24/7 security monitoring are in place to ensure compliance from everyone.
* Amenities are not for commercial use.

Market East offers fast access to the Indianapolis Cultural Trail, Bankers Life Fieldhouse, the Hall, and of course the Market. The neighborhood is booming with high-rise apartment buildings, offices, shops, and more being built.

Market East is considered Indy's "new downtown," but this isn't your average urban core -- it's also great for families, with high-ranking public schools located nearby. Of course, the star of Market East is the historic Indianapolis City Market, home of the Original Farmers' Market, the Tomlinson Tap Room, and a variety of merchants offering everything from bakeries to antique stores.

In order to abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

MAIL & PACKAGE DELIVERY

We discourage direct delivery to the building/apartment. It is recommended to make use of a nearby pickup/drop-off location to guarantee receipt of your mail/package.

We are glad you are considering staying at our home. Our goal is for you to have a 5-star experience with us. We do however have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, smoking, or violent behaviors. All our units come equipped with noise sensors. While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. Should removal be required, it will be done at the guest's expense.
